So I found out today that my last day at the park for the season will probably be sometime around the last weekend of our three-week Fall Harvest fest. That is the weekend of October 12-13-14. As it turns out, I'm going to be on the other side of the state that exact weekend, so my last day might end up being the 11th. I'll find out when the schedule gets updated next week. (I get paid bi-weekly, and today was the last day of the current pay period, so the schedule for the period following this next one should be ready sometime early next week.) It's definitely sad knowing that the end of my work season will now be coming up pretty soon. I mean yeah, I knew it would have to be coming up before too long, but knowing the exact time now kind of drives it home, yeah? Now I just need to figure out what to do with myself - employment-wise - for the time being. I'm definitely planning on applying to work at the park again next year, but until then...I really have two options: Either work elsewhere in the meantime, or since technically the end of the season is a "lay-off", I could file an unemployment claim. I'd really rather work in the meantime, probably at other seasonal jobs so that I don't have to "quit" to work at the park again. This way, I can save the unemployment option for in case the job search doesn't work out. But, we'll see... Staying optimistic, Mike

Damn. That was disappointing when it was revealed that Randy died. About the only thing this was probably missing would be what Charlie was feeling the day years later when he got that needle. That twist threw me for a loop though - it felt like such a sudden, rapid..."what the hell?" kind of feeling.

Damn. Boy did I hate it when Rickka betrayed Ronas, but dammit if he didn't pay the perfect price for it in the end. I think my only real criticism here is that it weighs much more heavily on the "enemies" part. Still, you hit big with highs of love and hate here.

I'd think it probably is more than just PPD too, but my thought is, throw in the electroshock therapy also screwing with her head and basically...all bets are off. For all we know, this could be some kind of crazy that's basically uncharted territory or that otherwise doesn't neatly fit into a single diagnosable disorder.

The vibe I get is sort of a hit-or-miss one these days, in that there will be some schools who are more accepting and some who are not. But I figure even that means there's room to write about an accepting school. Thanks for reviewing!

Hehe, I got going with the story a bit and realized I had room to toss in a little suspense. I'd say, with Aaron and Ryan there's definitely some pride on both their parts as far as their having sex goes. But still...they can't help how they feel about each other, either. Glad you liked the story!

Yeah...much as I enjoyed exploring the juicy side to the boys' relationship , I knew I wanted there to be more to this story than just that. Glad you enjoyed the result.

I still think it's way too convenient for Brad to cave, and suddenly everyone's happy and satisfied. It just doesn't feel completely right. But then again...we're forgetting about Jeanine. One has to think that in her state, she's not going to just take this news lying down...
