It's not too heavy Headstall, it's Mac and Cheese..! Comfort food. Time for reflection on things that are working, and corners that need turning I wouldn't begrudge any of them a bit of joy sometime very soon, but Chase does have leftovers with crusty bread tomorrow, so there's that... 😋 -

Completely agree with @Danners that it will hurt Jett immensely when he learns the person he has fallen for is actually Theo. And Jett doesn't seem the person to take hurt feelings well.

Awww - that was lovely. Almost makes up for the prospect of lukewarm baths for evermore. Although if they are shared baths like these, then maybe that's okay...

Kinda love who Donald has become, and him and Conner as a budding couple. -
During this chapter it seemed to me that Chase achieved a bit more clarity, and a bit less self-loathing. And those are both positive things. I think we all need a Dr. Chorney in our lives, even if that's only a good friend to talk to.

Victor is a big ol' softie around Chris but there must be some steel in him to be that senior in rank. Looking forward to more.

Well that explains the vampire walking about in daylight thing! I wonder if there are any changes in Chris' future? Otherwise he'll age, whilst Victor remains the same.
