    Dallas

I remember watching the original run of Dallas. We are currently being treated to the original series of Dallas at the moment. Though , please God let there not be some stupid Pam Ewing dream series rubbish this time around. JR was shot by My silly mother thought it was
  3. It's never easy losing a pet, especially one you've had for a long time. I remember when my tarantula died, I'd had her for nearly fifteen years, since I was about eight or nine years old. She'd been unwell for a while, and the protractedness of her death made it all the more emotionally draining; I was a complete wreck the whole time. I slowly came to terms with her passing, and so will you. I still miss her, and I still can't bring myself to kill a house spider . I still think about her from time to time. I can't remember who said it but it goes something like, "As long as we remember them, then they are never really gone." You will make it through this. You guys and little Q have my love and my sympathies ps: loving the new avatar
  4. Like W_L I think I read it on Nifty, but can't remember the title. It shouldn't be too hard to find though given that Nifty now has a search facility **keeps his fingers crossed**.

Great story Cyn, with a truly tragic ending.

    Chapter 3

Eww the evil girlie bits are mentioned Men seem to be treated as nothing beyond a baby making factory. I wonder if they have marriage in this world, if the idea is to maintain the population? Or is a case of nobody minds a bit of extramarital activity?

    Chapter 1

A great first chapter Cassie. The idea of ritualising sex is something I don't think I've come across before (outside of some very weird fetish stuff). So it's supposed to give Tib the experience to be a better lover with women? Somehow, methinks he's enjoyed it with Chad a little too much. Looking forward to reading more.
  8. I keep meaning to start Reach, tomorrow I promise . . . maybe . . . possibly . . . er don't quote me on that No seriously, tomorrow I will set aside an hour and at least read some of it.

    Prompt #165

Thanks for the review Cyn. I thought about trying to do this as prose, but I knew I never be able to do the story justice I had a Mexican Red Knee tarantula when I was a kid and she was a great pet. I miss her.

Thanks for reading and reviewing joann. Glad you liked the ending.
  17. “Do you mean to tell me that was your first . . . . Oh crap!” Joanna was standing on her doorstep and had just finished kissing her date goodnight. “That’s nice that is, Joanna. Just what do you mean by ‘oh crap’?” “I’m so sorry George, that bit just slipped out. What I meant was if I’d known that was your first kiss, I’d have been a bit more gentle with you. Nobody’s first kiss should have involved me grabbing and squeezing their butt, and trying to lick their tonsils. I just didn’t thin
  18. As Andrea has said, we've just had our long weekend. So now back to work today **note to self - win £7.9million on lottery, tell manager where to insert job, spent rest of life writing**

    Weekly Wrap Up!

Well as long as Andrew's done all of the googling and IMDb links for next Tuesday's blog, I'm not gonna expend the effort to rescue him
  21. Hi Stephen, Hi Bashful. Welcome to this place of insanity. Hope you both enjoy the site.
  22. I've got ideas running around for half a dozen stories. Not to mention writing two anthologies, two in process stories, and four other stories I'm working on but not yet posting. I'll make you a deal. I'll kill you only if you kill me
  23. I like number 164, hopefully I'll find some time between now and, er, er, Easter 2015 Andrew, I sympathise with you and your plot bunnies. My plot bunnies have plot bunnies
  24. My only problem with Google docs is that sometimes I'll write some stuff at work on my lunch hour and Google is blocked by our work's internet policy (but GA isn't, go figure), so wouldn't be any use to me.
  25. Star Trek has already solved this mystery
