Beautiful chapter. YOu gave each of your characters a small part to play in this one and did a damn good job with it. The three Hudster brothers are wonderful. FRom great upbringing, I am sure. I dont know why, but your summary sentence made my heart hurt, thinking of all the New Year's EVe I have lived as someone as young as the boys. Loved it!

Alex should've picked up one of her heels and knocked the crap out of Kei's mom. HOw stupid and homophobic can you be? I love Kei's sister. She should stand up to her mom more tho, but like you said, they are dealing with a homophobic lawyer. Can't get much worse than that. I find it a little strange that Kei's father hasn't been a little more verbal. Is he more homophobi than the mom or just doesn't want to deal with the situation at hand? Lot of loose ends here and I am sure you are going to make it a great story when you pull them all together. Love this story more and more.

I love Alex's mom. Kei's mom seems almost fickle in her beliefs of right and wrong. Hopefully, being around Rose will help her and her stance on the boy's relationship. So sad that Alex is having to just watch Kei lay there and wonder what's going to happen to him...to them. Sad, but great chapter

Seems Vincent will take extreme measures to keep Haje safe. I kind of want him to see what is in the brief case if it will keep Haje out of harm's way. I can't wait to see when the chemistry between Vincent and Haje rears it's head. Great job Sui

The trip up the mountain was a little eerie to me. I felt something was about to happen, but couldn't figure out what or who. I'm just glad it wasn't anything major. The guys are all so great. Even, JOhn. Though he is on an uncomfortable cot, in the bed with four horny gay boys, he is making the most of it. Can't wait to see how Prez and Keith entertain themselves.

Asher is pretty dang sweet to spend the afternoon with his mom after she interrupted his jerk off session Maybe it's a good thing though, so Michael can take care of him later. "wink wink" It's always better when someone else does it. Glad to see that Asher is so determined to return to normal. Missed Michael in this chapter tho. Try to do a little better with that next time BTW, is muppet porn any good?

What a horrible way to have been treated. Preston's nightmare told us a lot of what he'd lived though and why his mom took him and moved. It's definitely an upsetting chapter. I assume Zeus was your pet, and losing a pet certainly saddens you. I cry just thinking about my little four legged buddy dying, and she isn't three yet. Intense, but great chapter.

What a fun chapter! Your child growing up always seems to slap you in the face. Then, not only does he learn to read your mind, but starts to give you a little room to pursue your own interests. I'm definitely curious if Travis is right on his assumptions about the case.

Travis is quite the detective here, and showed the others that he could hold his own, and was very solid in stating his assessment of the murder. Jason had to admit, if only to himself how smart and observant Travis is. I just hope he Travis doesn't piss his other superior officer off too much. So, he is after Jason, hot and heavy. Can't wait to see Jason cave in to Travis's charm Great chapter. -

I found this whole whole chapter kinda funny. Prez and keith were like a grenade full of hormones, just waiting for someone to pull the pin. lol. The boys are so intense to be so young. Makes you wonder if someone their age can love so deeply and completely. They seem pretty much in it for the long haul tho! Love this!

Having to be a man at such a young age could certainly be the cause of Michael being in denial of his feelings. He has fought life since he was a youngster, being tough when he probably wanted to sit down at times and weep for hours. Emotions can easily mold us into who we are and it's hard to get past that without someone to help you. Asher, I think is going to be Michael's salvation if he will learn to trust Asher and to love himself as the real person that he is and not as the person he thinks others want him to be. You wrote this beautifully KC.
