A nice chapter, but to me, this segment of the story was rushed. We went through D coming apart over several chapters, then bam! we’re done. Noel and D never discussed what happened AT ALL? Noel never pined for his true mate? I have SO many questions!! I can only hope there’s a part 3 to this tale, dedicated to finding who’s trying to bring down D from the inside. My theory is that it’s one of the people who passed the loyalty test. I don’t recall Noel being tested, BTW ...

I’m thinking Chris and Rory’s moms were in the same “accident” that killed Lechter’s wife. The villain — and I agree with Onim’s guess — better have an escape plan if he gets discovered.

And Rory got anxious vibes from the man, not evil ones. He’s working his ass off only to find his beloved son making out with a big, blue-eyed germ factory. Yeah, I’d probably go off, too. Sui, if you feel like dropping a chapter early, we wouldn’t mind, LOL. Thanks for giving us such a compelling story.

In my mind now, Michael found his true mate while off at college, and so did Colt with the guys + Heather.

You’ve ended with a nice set-up for the final story. I want to know why Jon has been in yelling fights for however long with the Council. And what happened to all the folks who were taken and why they were taken. And Colton’s Michael — will he return? Will the Ashton guy (the dickless wonder) return? Will we find out if Phuong’s flock accepts her mates? And will there be any mention about how some higher power has drawn this group of people together? Like, it’s eerie how adopted people and best friends and random meetings have all coalesced into an extended family.

I’m re-reading the series. Quint, Zeke and Colt are in a relationship. What about Michael? He should be graduating soon ...

Nope. Not good enough. Even if you only mention it in the comments, what happened with Drew and Nelly and Sammy and Mickey? Also, a question: if they played Newlyweds 12 times, how did Shane and Donovan only lose FOUR times? Like an earlier commenter said, there were times I almost stopped reading. I’m glad I stayed with the story until the end, because I actually loved the last few chapters. If you do decide to publish it as a book, I hope you will give serious thought to tweaking some chapters. It wouldn’t take much to make situations smoother, while staying just as frustrating, LOL. You are such a talented writer. I admire you and am proud of you for sticking to your vision. The GA community can exert quite the peer pressure if you let it.

I don’t understand why this happened. Why was Morgan tortured to hurt Avion? Who was that yellling while they were being kidnapped? I thought the plot was Lex’s dad’s doing in an effort to make Avion leave Lex. But then he supposedly paid a ransom. Was that for Lexus’ dad to cover what he was really trying to do? An intense but odd chapter.

Been rereading the series, waiting for Splinter to update. Ashton is a jackal. I figured Colton is a coyote because of his family line.

I wonder if Ilaria knows about Nisin. I feel sorry for him. Does he even get to see the sun? I’m enjoying Milan’s ease with Rory, the fact that he now touches Rory frequently. The way you write him, he seems adorable.

Nelly, bringing it with the real talk! And he was the bitchiest of them all. That was a good scene, as well as the chat with Thomas and Jack. And Donovan showing maturity by not pouting when he hit an out was perfect. I can almost hear the music of that dance party. P.S.: I called it a few chapters back. I knew it was serious when Shane was willing to fix Donovan’s hair! LOL

Speaking of evil: If the Captain was evil, now that he has Kohen and Danie he could be one hell of a space pirate. That universe lucked out.

From Chspter 5: Boi’s Night: “Kurt, ever the timid one, decided to join the others and learn how to scout properly while Drew and Aaron joined me on the floor. They were awesome. Aaron and Drew were married (that was their escape clause), and Aaron took his job as wingman very seriously. He also took his gay charade seriously.”

Shane’s obvious adoration of Donovan is redeeming him ... somewhat. I had go back to confirm my memory and I was right — Aaron and Drew are married. There’s been no mention of the wives and in Drew’s case, isn’t that kinda important? Since he’s teetering on the edge of experimenting with Nelly?

God. I’m glad the story is moving forward and that Diarmad was saved and he’s back in his right mind. But I may have to skip a few chapters until his martyrdom phase (I hope) passes. Also: No real effort to find the traitor. And for enhanced beings, their seeming inability to hear nearby conversations and approaching footsteps or smell others who are close suuuuuucks.

Since Ilaria is being neglected by her husband, maybe she can flirt with Connor? They seemed to hit it off awhile back. I wonder when Milan got that necklace. If he has a thing for wolves, Rory’s secret might delight him. If Milan was able to climb Rory like a tree, could it be he’s getting stronger? (Thanks to being near/kissing Rory?)

Great story. I like seeing the main gang from the outside, so to speak. I’m left feeling worried for all these characters. Since they are all favored, have you thought about an uprising, a grab for power? Or others killing out of jealousy? And I long for a mate for Nassau, but worry it would mean his downfall. It would be another war.
