My EMS crew have volunteered at some huge (for NJ) brush fires, but they look like sedate camp fires compared to what you and yours face. I cant even imagine... Your narrative increases the respect ( already considerable ) I carry for firefighters. Well done sir.

That was insensitive on Doc's part. It gives one's mind the opportunity to conjure all sorts of horror stories! Does your healthcare cover patient advocacy? Might be worth looking into. Sometimes just having that back up makes the whole thing easier. -
Cut a thin slice off top and bottom, then cut just thru the skin parallel to the sections. Slide thumbs in, separate 2 sections and the whole thing rolls out and separates.

I think you have been spending way too much time with Carlos and his damned cliffies! Well done sir. Quite true. As a first responder (EMS on and industrial squad) I was always telling the newbies not to worry, when the time came if you had paid attention in training, things would come naturally. Training kicks in and you don't even think, just do what needs doing.

I've recently become eligible but have not yet successfully managed to register. Hoping to snag a J&J one time next attempt. Nope. Mine is a deep metallic red they call redrock.

I've adjusted to masks. My big problem is where the hell do you go to amuse yourself safely? My world has shrunk to my house and the barn. Once in a while I get to move a horse from one barn to the next, but for the most part horses are not great conversationalists.

Not only do I have my great grams meat grinder, I use it regularly to make sausage. Works way better than the electric hubby bought a few years back. After the third time in the same sausage batch we had to take the electric grinder apart to clear a jam, he admitted defeat and stopped complaining about being the "motor".

Well, since he hasn't written about the campaign as yet, at least in what he has published, you are assuming facts not in evidence! This sneaky old goat could write some scandle in just to spite you! See? Carlos gets enough ideas all on his lonesome without us giving him more ways to torture us! Now I see a story line where in someone publishes pics of CJ and Oz on the beach trying to call him out on being gay and the "scandal" falls flat when some reporter tries to ambush him with "evidence of his homosexuality" only for CJ to say something on the lines of "Hey , that's a great picture of my husband and me! Can you send me a copy?"

You keep this up and we're going to take the pitchforks out of the closet. You keep building and building tension, yet give your readers no respite. Things are not adding up. Spilled perfume, Fergus already upstairs, no indication of forced entry. (The window broke on the way OUT with Jimmy.) No Maddy right behind Jimmy? She is the one sent Sawyer up in the first place. They were inside a home presumably having central heat. Jada could not have been that cold. Jada didn't react to Jimmy tearing thru the house? Indicators point to Maddy being complicit or under Fergus' alpha spell. Was the gun to intimate Jada?

Unless of course one uses the reference in a dismissive or demeaning manor. For example, when mom was being treated for cancer, her first oncologist insisted on calling me "missy" and treated me like I was trying to kill her every time I asked a question. He said she needed 2 separate biopsies, and I asked could they be done at the same time, since she had issues with anesthesia. I got the "I am the doc. I am god" attitude. Hence the reason he was her FIRST. The new one had a much better attitude.
