OK, I have a couple stupid questions for you. Today I received an Amazon gift catalog in the mail. 1) Why would an online shopping service send catalogs via snail mail? 2) What help is a bunch of pictures with no description, specs or prices? 3) WTF IS A CORDLESS JUMP ROPE???

I'm not fond of the microwave for most cooking. While it heats things super fast, I think they cool just as fast. I do prefer it for corn on the cob and baking potatoes ans sweet potatoes. Half the time and does not heat up the kitchen in the summer.

You mean anyone other than you puts things WHERE THEY ACTUALLY BELONG?!?!? We moved in here 40 yrs ago next spring. Remodled the kitchen 35 yrs ago. Suddenly things that have lived in a cabinet for 35 yrs are wandering, and they both seem to think I know where they shoved it last!

I understand that it is probably ten times worse for her, but it sure turned our paperwork into a mess. Fortunately it was at the schooling show I work, and not the USEF level show. Mess up sanctioned paperwork and all sorts of people get pissed off.

What makes a severely dyslexic person decide to become a horse show judge? For those who do not know, competitors are only known to a judge by their back numbers, no names, no horse names. Enter todays judge who wrote down numbers all screwy. Took us hours to sort out the results.

Ok my turn. I am a broken 65 yr old married 45 years ( yes to the same guy) and a mom of one. Some of you know her as she is also a member here, Winged Wolf. I am working on my fourth career as a small business owner transporting horses, although i have also moved a few cows, goats, pot bellied pigs, and one alpaca. Careers 2 thru 4 overlap in spots. Started with 20 yrs in QC/R&D for a refractory company. (High tech bricks to line steel furnaces and glass tanks). Next i did child care lunch hours and before and after school for about 15 yrs. Overlapping that when Wings asked for riding lessons I got sucked back into the horse world where i started teaching riding and eventually wound up barn manager. It became too much so I left child care to run the barn full time. Along the ride i bought my first trailer and LLC. Now that I am old and broken ( too many stupid horses in my past) I stepped back and focus on mt hauling business, which is up to 4 trailers and 4 drivers. I love to read, cook, and craft.

Warning, rant imminent! If you are not in a mood to listen, please scroll on! For the record, NJ has vehicle inspections annually. The laws state that passanger trucks over 5801 lbs and older than '07 modle years are exempt and it is expected we.self inspect and maintain a safe vehicle. My truck is '06 and 5810. Went to inspection the first year i owned it as I was under the impression the wt rating welas 8800 and was told i was misinformed, i am self inspect . Today I get pulled over in a mobile inspection lot, where i am bitched at that there is no record of my truck being inspected since i bought it, and i got red ticketed, giving me 30 days to rip out the exhaust system and reinstall a catalytic converter that someone before me replaced before my time. Without it my check engine light is always on and the computer will flunk it every time. It's the only thing i flunked for. I was also told if repairs and reinspection does not occur within the 30 days registration will be revoked, and i will be fined for having skipped inspection for the last 6 years. Rant over. We now return you to the regularly scheduled frivolity.
