Ooooo...go Will! That was awesome. Loving this chapter. It is really exciting with all of the intrigue. Is that even the right word? Well, I know what I mean. Finally, it seems JJ may be growing up. I hope he ends up with Carullo permanently. I think they could be good for each other. Especially Carullo for JJ.

That felt like the proverbial Bolt. I didn't think it would be CJ proposing, but I am so glad it was him. I wonder if anyone else knew? If they didn't, there are gonna some shocked people. I liked Kirra. I hope he ends up being a major player. As for Lady Alsha, not so much. For me she is still leaning towards how a Knight is thought of by the people of Pentalus. It pissed me off that the people were so obviously afraid of the Knights. That is so wrong. How the people of Pentalus reacted to the Knights makes me think that Salidar and the people of The Shade may be on the 'right' side after all...which is not too surprising. King Neredos is annoying me and I haven't even met him yet, etc. But just like Lupita's character says to Chadwick's in Black Panther, '...you get to decide what kind of King you will be...' or something like that. So far, he does not seem to be doing well in my book. But then, is Salidar that much better? Maybe I need to meet a character I can latch onto as my Saving Grace.

My fav part of this chapter was learning that Teddy still visits/talks with Granny Sullivan. Its sad that the Cemetery House is spooky, especially with all the good memories that there are...okay, so mixed in with some that are not so good. I can see Nate doing his Bad Penny impersonation. I hope no-one gets killed because of him. I think Ryder moving in will be really good for him and Oli, or at least I hope so. You can see how they would need each other, if it works out that way. It will be good to see Harry's reaction to Ryder. Poor Harry. I do feel sorry for him. Thanks for the awesome chapter. All positives really. Looking forward to the next one!

First and foremost, thanks for another chapter. Secondly, drunk Eli is A-Dor-A-Ble! Come on, 'Boop?' Too cute for words. I do like January and am over the Moon he is a Vampire. And if that his idea of a 'taste', then damn but his Mates are in for a hella good time...or times! Sorry Timothy M. but I really hope Quinlan is not one of the Mates. I am not exactly sure why? But he had his chance with Jany. Plus he hurt him by leaving. Besides, I don't see how a Human could be recognised by the Stone? Seems like Jany got in because Anubis (or someone) is plotting something. Of course, if it wasn't Anubis then whomever it was may have really gone for it so that Others (like Humans) could be recognised as Mates? I LOVE Blind Ambitions theory. Well done! Two more Mates. I hope the Healer is another Vampire. They would have lived long enough to really learn a lot about Healing so be super dope. As for the Peacemaker, not sure? I hope the chaos to come doesn't come from Khonsu? Although, luckily, whoever it is, Eli will bite them to shit. Bite them so hard they will really cry

So very proud of Ryder for fessing up. Was so scared cause if he didn't say anything and Teddy found out, that could have turned into something ugly. Teddy handled it so well too. They are both doing so good! As for Nate, well. Maybe the next chapter will bring the 'satisfaction' we are all looking for. That was such a cool moment when Ryder saw how hard core his fans are. I hope they get something for their fan-dom. I mean I suppose Ryder can't go out and talk to them and he's too far away from even thinking about going back to music...but something would be nice eh!

In regards to who I want to know more about: a. the regal Human woman in the cell. I'm sticking to my 'she's his Mother' until it turn out otherwise b. whoever it is that Grim told Prism about when they met in the Arena, as in 'he's here'. Why does that mean Prism should leave ASAP? At first I would have thought they mean Fasha, but he and Prism have already met? As far as favourites: c. Grim. A Healer will win me over every time. Plus he seems nice so far. d. Styx. I know they all have their own stories to tell, but I am looking forward to his a lot. Plus I love the tattoo we know about (who doesn't want to fly, or glide?) and can't wait to see what the others are

No, I don't think (or rather I hope) his Parents have been introduced yet. If I had to choose a current character, I would choose Salidar. It has to be someone of some import . At first I thought it would be someone from Pentalus but then he has the tattoo which is a Shade thing. Especially considering Styx has intimated he has more than one tattoo. Maybe Salidar felt some parental something and wanted to give his Son the best chance at survival so got him tattooed up? Plus there is the 'connection' that Styx and Max feel? Maybe it is not a 'mate' type connection. OMG! It is Salidar. His Mother is the 'regal' human. There is no mention of a Queen of The Shade but maybe Max's Mother found out, got pissed and that is why she is in The Pits. Salidar, with that ounce of compassion he has, could not kill his child so abandoned him...but with the tattoos. Okay, what do I get for guessing right? Do I get first dibs every time you finish a chapter before posting it?

I don't mean to be repetitive, but I really LOVE this story. I did a mini fist pump with a 'YES!" when I saw the new chapter. They are all just so awesome together. Cannot wait to see who the new Mate is. Would be too cool if it was a Vampire. Spanner officially in the works if that happened. Now I have to wait. Was never good at waiting. Being gracious is just not my thing...HUGE sigh...like the HUGEST sigh ever!

Each chapter I have read I like some one different. This time it is Grim and Kutos. Hope and pray that Jakkel gets his ass handed to him by the 'Gladiators.' Not sure how I am feeling about Salidar anymore, but it is early days. I also wonder about the regal Human Woman. Fasha worries me and I don't like him so far. Loving this so much. Can't wait for the next chapter. Is gonna be a doozy!

When I was in Primary we used to have a teacher (Mr Harrod) who would put a picture in front of the class. Using our imagination, we had to tell a story based around the picture. You would have killed it in that class! I LOVED this and can't wait to see how Styx gets out of this.

A very interesting start because it is hard to tell who the 'good guys' are? I hope it is Salidar. There are quite a few 'I hopes' just from this first chapter, but I will stick to just one - I hope Prism ends up on Salidars side...

This is going to come out in a jumble, no flow to it. They are just things I wanted to say: a. I am practically expecting some thing really bad to happen to someone, but I am sending every 'Please Ace' I have that it not be Oliver, b. I think everyone is being a bit harsh on the Mum. Yes, she is a Mother, but she is so many other things as well. I am not saying I like what she said or how she treated Oliver, but she is allowed to be Human. Look around. Hell, look in the mirror. No-one is perfect...and before you decide to jump in JT, I know that Ace said Teddy was perfect, but he really wasn't was he? We didn't have to get too far into the story or scratch to far below the surface before that became obvious. That's why it '...takes a village...', or in this case a Family. Teddy came in to balance things out c. I really like that Nurse. Can't remember her name right now d. Not sure how I feel about the whole Family keeping any type of secret at all from poor Harry. I know that sometimes the specific secret may warrant it, but this particular secret and with Harry? Just doesn't seem right e. keep waiting to see what's up with Mike? There has got to some reason he is back and so close to the action... Loving this story. Thanks!

That was an awesome chapter. It was just so happy. I could picture it in my mind and I too had a smile through-out. It is good to break-out every so often and just be free. To just live in that moment...Happy!

Awww...they are so awesome together. My fav is definitely Mateo. Sex is gonna be interesting depending on how many more Mates they get. Love It! Can't wait for the next one...chapter and Mate that is!

I want to be hopeful, but I learned my lesson last book. I don't think Liz was bad about what she said. If I had to watch some one I love self-combust and wander 'through' life for 13 years I'd be hella pissed at the person that caused it too.
