I want to read the full story of these guys. Alexander wants to come off nice with that choice, but he is going to kill Jason either by turning him or... well... killing him. Kind of a douchebag move when you claim to sort of love someone. -

It seems I accidentally crawled inside your mind there for a moment. Hope you don't mind the visit... What I like most about your stories is the pacing, that you let things take its time. There is no insta-love, no quick fixes. Small problems take a little time to resolve, big problems take longer. It might be frustrating for some, but so is life. -
Oh! Epiphany moment! By freeing the slaves, Kayden is actually freeing himself! He made the decision on his own, to go against the wishes of the Duke and everyone else and judt do something he thought was the right thing to do. He is truely an independant man, no longer constantly looking for his master's approval. Nicely done! I think I must lay down now...

Oh wow! This is getting so exciting! What will happen? Will Alex take over? And Talia take his intended place? Won't that piss Jezebel off... And how is Carlisle convince Alex this isn't his doing? As for your posting frequency, I say take your time. It's better you write the story well rather than fast. We can wait, albeit a bit impatient.

Only one song makes every single time I hear it, even driving, at a store, at work... It's embarrassing really. Unfortunately, it's in Swedish so most of you won't get the lyrics. The main theme is trying not to give up hope, even though things are looking grim. The title, The girl and the crow, relates to lyrics being about a little girl trying to save a wounded crow. The crow is dying, but the girl runs for his life carrying the crow to her father. Very sad...

When I read the latest chapter, the guy Nate felt up in the club made me think of Kiaza and that Nate might have been very lucky to get away. Ha, ha! Wouldn't that have been a completely unexpected turn of the story? Hmm.. I might have to read those stories again. I kind of miss the demons. -
I have to say that this ending was not satisfying. I too feel like Jonah once more ran from his feelings. Surely, what he had with Ren was way more than he had with Sandro (who was clearly a rebound guy). To end it with Ren over a stupid misunderstanding like that is just one more way to run. I'm hoping the epilogue goes something like "A year later, I sat in a café when I heard "Is tjis seat taken?" I looked up to see Ren... (Cue romantic music) Otherwise, Ren will look really silly with that tatoo of his.

This was a very touching chapter. I could really feel Nate's pain. Seeing himself for real for the first time and really not liking what he sees... That's tough!

Oh Kayden! Poor baby! Just trick that bastard to release your hands and then the jaguar can go for the jugular! And I mean literally! Grrr! Seriously, Kayden fighting back and possibly saving the other slaves would show hiw much he has changed during his time with Damien.

Maybe I'm too much of a drama lover, but this chapter actually had me laughing. Possibly since I trust CM not to let them stay separated for long. The description of Damien's irrational jealousy was so well written. He may be a duke, but he needs to grow up a bit. He can't expect Kayden to know how his actions could be interpreted. Kayden is just learning how to have relationships, be it in love or friendship, and is bound to be a bit oblivious.

Oh, this was good, really good! At least Alex didn't stab him on the spot. Must mean something. I curious how they will handle this. It kind of makes you wonder about Luca's background...

Come on, people! All smooth sailing won't be any fun. We need a bit of drama or the story will suffocate in cuteness. Besides, jealousy is not so far out there. It's part of almost any relationship. When things turn everyday, it's easy to doubt yourself and your partner. They will overcome! Have faith! If nothing else, just for the make up nookie...

Perhaps she had a soft spot for small people that were always underestimated. Ha, ha! Alex would be so pissed by that! Could Ysabel have a heart after all? Good for Luca to stand up to her. Can't wait to read Alex's reaction when he shows up.

It's so great that you have started a new series about these two. It will be nice to see how they move from the falling in love phase to the relationship phase. Somehow I think Damien might get to meet Kayden's panther up close and personal pretty soon. I thought Damien could use a little song to go with his current mood:

I think I hated reading that just as much as you writing it, but I sort of saw it coming. There really was no way for them both to make it to Alex.

What a sweet chapter! Maybe someone is feeling a bit lovey-dovey and it's spilling in to the story..? I think it's easy to forget that Alex is very young, even if he is quite deadly. His innocense is really adorable.

This chapter gave me the sudden idea that this is turning out to be a ménage, with Alex in the middle. Maybe that is what he needs deep down, to give up control once in a while to Carlin but at the same time regain his sense of being in charge by also having Luca. I agree with Faxity. You are really funny!

Funny you should write that about Luca. I thought he would be a passing character, mostly to show that Alex isn't a total douche, so I was really surprised when he was in the opening of this chapter. It's going to be interesting to see where he will fit in in this story I assumed would be primarily about Alex and Carlin. Luca seems a little soft to hold Alex's interest, but who knows? He might be a lot more than meets the eye.
