    Wasn't their reunion just the best? It makes me tear up too. And yeah, I say Tilly and Logan's first meeting as something completely different. Tilly and her quirks are something I truly love in this story. You are welcome, sir. Thank you for your support!

    Thanks, northie. I was just wondering. I'm fine with posting it in its entirety. "Finding Refuge", an anthology submission, was over 13,000 words, and people did read it.

    I agree, They prove again and again they are the best team. The earth mother knows what she's doing. I think giving the go ahead for Tilly to be told was a smart move. I believe everyone, including us readers, look forward to Miss Sybil being reunited with her mate. We'll see what Elinor decides to do. Cheers and thanks, my friend.

    It's a serious situation, but I need my moments of sappiness. This is a different Logan we are seeing, and yeah, just maybe he is deserving of our Tilly.

    I agree about that conversation being a powerful moment. What the Vega pack is being asked to consider is incredibly complex. I can't imagine anyone asking me to give up my home and move somewhere unfamiliar. Yet, I am not faced with the demise of my race and given a chance to help reverse that. Yes indeed, Tobyn has learned well from his mother. He is definitely a persuasive man, and diplomacy is his strong suit. I remember when all the readers wanted to tar and feather him.     It's awesome to hear you are considering revisiting other stories, Terry, and I appreciate all the new comments for this one. As a writer, it can be hard during the down times when weeks and weeks go by without any like of comment on any of your stories. My motivation to write is fed by interacting with readers on the story level.

    One story I submitted to this anthology is almost 16,000 words. Is it allowed, by anthology rules, to divide it into chapters? I vaguely remember it was a couple or three years back, but I see nothing about it in the submission guidelines.

    They are facing a tough decision for sure. I particularly liked the scene when Logan woke up. Dads and sons. Clarence got me teared up.

    Yea, that's why. They are being diplomatic, letting Clarence decide how to go about it, once they reveal the importance of mates. I must admit I spent a lot of time working on how to convey the history with regards to the painting. I just reread that scene and it is satisfying to feel I wouldn't change a thing about the explanation. Cheers!

    We really weren't seeing Logan. We were seeing his tumor. We can tell the pack loved Logan at one time, especially Delia, so yeah, we can bet he was a loving child. Fingers crossed. I really like the man Clarence is. He's a tremendous Alpha, and he understands diplomacy like Tobyn does. I grew to love the healing scenes, maybe because it was an evolving thing. And yeah, their telepathy allowed Tobyn to see the blue flashes that occurred while Kellar was doing his healing. Whether he ever sees the colors again is something we don't know. Thanks for loving the story, Terry. Cheers!

    I just reread this chapter, and OMG, the Logan scene had my old heart racing. I'm surprised but pleased I can do this... immerse myself in my own stories. There was a lot of drama, but there is hope too. It's pretty easy to feel sorry for Tilly though. Logan looks like anything but the perfect mate. Delia is awesome. She comes across like Vega's Miss Sybil in some ways, and being a keeper could come in handy. Thank you, kind sir. Cheers!
