I like that idea! I'm sure @kbois would love to torment @Mrsgnomie with that threat! 😈

Corbin did his best under situation and will make a good friend. I know that he has been trying his best to help the twins without any help or experience. I can't see any evidence in the actions of the twins that they have crossed over into a feral state. Their wolves are strong, but the way the twins react to Tyler and Elijah talking to them seems as if their human part remains strong enough at this point to control the wolves. The fact that they listen and respond to what Elijah and Tyler are evidence of that to me. The music was a great help, but only because music works on humans and savage beasts. I had to laugh at Tyler's fear for his bits, but I think Elijah did a great job of relieving that worry. Great chapter that give me hope for the future of the twins and their mates.

I would like it if I could have found a catfish gif, but I think this is a favorite food for cats, salmon. 😉 I'm sure Matty will enjoy snacking on his catch.

Hey dugh! How are you and mum doing? Hope you have a good weekend. Me too! I was very honest when I tried to explain how much it had overwhelmed my emotions. Ronyx shook me up very badly. He wrote an extremely realistic and raw story with characters I felt very close to. I wouldn't have a problem if someone quit the story after the beginning chapters. I stuck it out, but it was very difficult. It got better until the last chapters. To be honest, chapters 18 and 19 are the very worst. I took a day each to recover, and I couldn't muster up the will to comment on them. It is still too soon for me to write a review.

When I lived on Mt Hood, I or one of my neighbors would have a campfire going when the weather permitted. It's one of the things I miss living in a condo.
-
🤔 You slammed that nail in with an explosive point! 😄
-
In my home on Mt Hood, I had one large fireplace that filled the great room and loft bedroom with soft light and a great smell. I often fell peacefully asleep to the light and smell of the fireplace in my loft bedroom. And I agree that there are a lot of problems with cleaning, maintenance and insurance. I was however thankful I had it when I got snowed in without power for a whole week.

The more I thought about this the more I felt I should describe the impact on me. The first 5 chapters had me in a constant outrage over what was happening. Chapters 6-17 had some occasional outbursts of rage and many bursts of laughter. I cried the last three chapters and couldn't even comment.

Hi Clo! Have a great Saturday!
-
Hi Page! Hope your day went well and you are ready for the weekend!

Howdy Gary! Sounds like you are very busy. I I like the description of the fireplace. One of my good friends had one and really loved it. It does look like a real fire. The only thing I missed was the smells of burning fir, cedar or alder.

Hi All! Good Morning from Chiang Mai!! Sorry I haven't been around much the last two days, but I got caught up in a new book. I can highly recommend it, but with the caution that it is a raw and powerful tale of racial bigotry and homophobia. It ends on a hopeful note, but is a difficult read emotionally. I can't even write a review yet, because I have to deal with the overwhelming emotions before I can do that. It will get a 5 star. It has a lot of reviews already and they are all 5 stars. If you're interested it is Finding Good Trouble by Ronyx.

Hi Ronyx, I plan to review this story. I didn't comment on the last two chapters, because I couldn't stop crying or deal with the overwhelming emotions I was feeling. In fact, I will need a few more days to process those before I review. I know that I can't be in love with a fictional character, but your writing was so good that it honestly felt I had personally lost someone I loved very much. I do promise to write a review worthy of this great story. It's still too difficult to do so now. Thank you for your difficult work in creating this story.

I had to give the laughing emoji for this chapter. First at the students of both school giving a figurative finger to both the Police Chief and the Principal, second for Peter and Myles finding each other, next Natalie being introduced to Charlies wings, and finally because of the tears followed by the realization they could go to school in Boston at Harvard and Boston College. Those two schools are only a few miles apart. Of course there should be a way we could give two reactions for a chapter like this, since that was one hell of a great sex scene in Parker's bedroom before they left. I really wanted to give that a big heart emoji.
-
Natalie got an eyeful, and I got a laugh. As a teacher I can see reasonable dress codes that limit the skin shown, obscenities, and hate messages. I have no problem with jeans with holes appropriately placed or tee-shirts that look like Halloween decorations. What Peter wore was more than acceptable, and Nettleman's response was criminal. I hope he loses his license to teach as well as his license as an education administrator. I do hope Darius and Parker start to plan for their future. They only have a few months before they will start college. They need to begin creating a place they can build their lives together.
-
Darius' entry into the hospital room left no doubt how he feels for Parker. There wasn't any doubt about it the night before, but now all the parents and Natalie know for sure. I don't know if Nettleman will have any choice but to expel Dan and that will definitely end his scholarships. It is sad that the hate taught to him by his parents has taken hold of his life and future. I don't hate him, but I can't even pity him and to me that is worse. I am hoping that there are no further complications to Parker' health from the concussion.

Good night, Gary

Your right about that, but to me it is a toss up. I'd post some comparison pics, but the combined heat might fry a few computers!

Hey Clo! Ya beat me to today's stud, but no hard feelings. Just take care of him like the rest of your herd. I'm going to bed, but don't tell the Nanny. See you all tomorrow. I need some rest, because tomorrow I'm going to take advantage of no curfew!

You know you are really getting involved with the story and characters when you want to talk to them and give advice. Living in Thailand with my Thai husband didn't start out easily. I didn't have the support that Parker has now when my husband and I first decided to be together. If I could advise Parker and Darius, I would do is first point out they have the most important thing for a happy life. They have each other. Their next layer is the love, acceptance and support of two very loving families. They also both have best friends, and those best friends like and respect each other and protect both Parker and Darius. They also have friends that showing support and loyalty to them. There are also members of each community, although few at present, who respect them and accept them. Darius and Parker already have the resources and potential support to make a very successful life together. I would then advise them to talk about what they want in life and a relationship, then begin to plan how to do it together. I have to say that you season your drama with a lot of savory humor. Myles and Mrs. Moore were a hoot! Excellent writing with wonderful characters and realistic plot and dialogue. Well done! Best sentence in the whole story.

I just checked out @scrubber6620' recommendation and support his request! scrubber has excellent taste. OMG is that one handsome guy. He might even be worthy of his own story.
