The family tree is back piloting the Ishkatar. Captain Neema and his crew are a riot, and add to the humor of the group as they bicker and fight. Keerby worked his magic on Ragal, Durapar, and Casper, but not before he got a little revenge on Kippy by embarrassing him unintentionally. The visit to the Eagles' Nest proved intriguing with the presence of a lot of squish from many humans. Ruedi was a great guide and staunchly defended them when the tech device tried to enter the bus. Since the device was not of their universe, I believe it must be from and alternate universe like our guys visited before. Keerby will be of great help if that is the case. Not a lot of clues yet, but the ones we have are very interesting. I guess I'll have to follow Robins advice to be patient, but fortunately for me I can speculate all I want! Another great chapter with Mr. Boone and his business associates.

Mike is not just a sex slave, he is the pack Lure, a position that has not been seen in over a century for this pack. In addition to the, the Alpha, abandoned Nick for Mike. Alpha Kane will not let him go willingly and probably has some security plan to make sure he can't be rescued or escape. Gunnar is going to have to use all his resources and experience to plan not only for the rescue, but many contingencies for problems that will probably arise. Great buildup of the tension in this chapter.

Gunnar to the rescue! I know he is out on a mission to rescue Mike. How he will do that is a mystery. It would be fun if the drag queens assisted, but I am sure that Gunnar with his background will be able to do it himself. Maybe he could also rescue Pip, since he is the only decent lycan in the pack. I hope he puts Alpha and Nick out of commission permanently.

I wish Tyler were gay and mine. Besides, his family would make great in-laws. However, I don't believe he's dead anymore than @Mrsgnomie would split with @kbois. Major insults and battles for a few chapters? Of course!

Tyler is a very loyal and true friend who give Elijah the support he needs. I don't want to see them separated. It would be excellent if Tyler discovered his destined, true mate in the Montana pack so they could stay close. Elijah and Tyler being rescued by Kage will need a lot of explaining. I hope Kage sticks around to help Elijah. I haven't an idea who is after Elijah. It could be Kage's boss, Huntington or someone else. This is a great chapter that has revealed a lot about Elijah and Tyler as well as their close relationship.

Mike is a survivor spirit and Gunnar a detective. I don't think it will be long before Gunner visits the back room. I am also crossing my fingers. Hopefully, Nick will get his wish and Mike won't be around for the pack to rape. He'll be long gone with Gunnar.

It is a great relief to know that most of the lycan world is not the same as the asshole trash fundamentalists that captured Mike. I loved the lady lycans who escaped and found each other to form a drag queen show. I hope that Mike and Gunnar will meet at the Silver Bullet. Will they will be mates?

Mike almost escaped and was almost killed by Nick. Now we know what Nick is thinking, I'm not sure what a trip to the Silver Bullet will be like. It sounds deadly. Why would it prevent Mike from ever considering escape again. I guess I need to wait for the next chapter to find out.

Mike was so brutally assaulted by the Lycan shifters I feared for his life, but he seems to have a very strong sense of survival. I am looking forward to his escape from this hell.

Nice to get to know these bear shifters. They are characters I do like. I liked that they have a good friendship and support each other. It was also nice to know the background of Gunner and Nils. I am really warming up to this story.

The start to this story is very interesting and different than most shifter stories. I do not like this pack of lycans who think sexual slavery of others is their right.

Fun fight when a dust filled wind took the Gamma out of the fight. I like the approach to this chapter with the Snapshots. I would guess that that was where Rafe learned the laser eyes he used in the fight. It was interesting that Lindsey giving the satchel to Daeran precipitated the fight which ended when Lindsey rescued them and took the satchel back. Why did Lindsey do that? What purpose was it to put them in possession of the satchel when she said she did not want to involve them? Great plot twist. Can't wait to find out more.

Hey Geron! I am happy to see the start of the 4th of July holiday with this new Charlie Boone story. It's a great start, and Robin's mysterious corporation has caught my attention. I like the choice of the team members, because they are all very unique and interesting. Being older, the four guys are more serious and focused. Since they are dealing with more serious kinds of investigations now, that is expected. I am looking forward to the next few days as you post the other chapters. Take care and have a great holiday!
