  1. Hi Page! Thanks for the heads up on Heartstopper.
  2. Hey Drew! Glad to hear mom's returned! That nuke was rather random. I though you and Albert were allies.
  3. Good Day Everyone! Sawasdee Khrup 🙏 Glad to see everything is back to normal. I was getting bored with all the peace and quiet here the past few days. Drew must have come out of his food funk when Mom returned.
  4. Hi Albert! Glad you checked in before my bedtime.
  5. Cyrus' plan definitely got the other two to agree quickly. It should be amazing considering it has three good Alphas to refine and polish it. I like that they decided to keep the rules simple. Smart move.
  6. Loren relents and admits they are boyfriends! Finally, Loren is making a commitment. It took some teasing and a little jealousy, but Jay has Loren coming around bit by bit. I can't believe that Loren withheld the tickets from his friends! I don't care the reason and hope they make his life miserable tomorrow! At least they will see the conference title game, and maybe the Super Bowl. I liked their after season plans. BTW your spat with Kbois was fun but like the coconut dispute was basically a standoff. Kbois was correct. Your pacing was great. I enjoyed the quick weekly updates, but it was clear that neither Jay and Loren would have the time or focus to advance their relationship until the season ends.

    Knight of Cups

George didn't have much to add, and that was a disappointment. Dan believing in ghosts was surprising. Then Dan surprised Terry by showing up with eclairs for a visit got me going. That validated Terry's Tarot reading for his own question, and Dan's Tarot reading gave him the courage to kiss Terry. Nice chapters like this are great to read. They balance the more troubling chapters. Well written.
  8. Hi Dugh!Hope all is well on your side of the planet! Say good morning to your mom for me. ✋

    Chapter 9

There are some very interesting points and speculations in the comments. I do agree that both Evan and Thad will be in the group that is the result of the lottery. Thad's problems with his parents was distressing until his dad talked with him in the morning. Grandpa must have read Thad' father the riot act. Ned's talk with Thad was so gentle and loving. I felt the love for Peter that Ned described was so special. Ned's wife must also have been a wonderful person. I hope that Thad and Evan can face their future calmly and with loving acceptance. Great chapter.
  10. Even though you gave us so many clues, I really, really, really did not want it to be Sarah! Dirk deserved to be happy. He should not have his destined mate in his gunsights. I hope that Ty will be able to help him if he has to kill Sarah. Wagner is proving to be very effective as an undercover enforcer. I hope he stays safe. Snyder's plan is very convoluted. I just hope that Cyrus and Kaplan can figure out what's happening and stop him cold. Happy, but not overjoyed that I have finally caught up to the pack. Now I have to wait to find out what happened with this cliffhanger.
  11. Interesting clues here. The mole is human/mage, but doesn't set off bells in the presence of other mages. Definitely on the FBI interview list tomorrow, so is on the police force. Not sure if the mole is male or female, so that means Sarah is still on the suspect list. Marriage and a honeymoon to plan have Mason and Vincent in high spirits. A world tour would be in order, and Dave will be able to handle the pack. Fenn is trying to improve things for his pack with a good plan for reorganising the structure of leadership. I wish him well.
  12. I was expecting a bigger fight when Ty took down Stuerm, but what could Stuerm and his flunkies do with two shadow mages in the room? Vincent had a nice meal with Cyrus and friends. He really should visit Japan. It is both lovely and a place where he can freely meditate without drawing attention. Woohoo for Dave and Stacy. Stacy wants to turn, so the bite thing will probably go away soon. They make a terrific couple. The beauty of the chapter was Mason's proposal. I wonder what kind of rings they will exchange during the wedding.
  13. I like how Ty set Stuerm straight on his friends in the Owensville pack as well as Cyrus. Ty got off to a great start by noticing the reactions of the pack wolves in the shop where he looked at the rockers. I hope he gets them as a reward when he takes down Stuerm. Running into Hunter and calling him out took some guts. Stumbling onto Richard Shoemaker was pure luck, but the information was priceless. However, Fenn was a big surprise. His testimony will put Stuerm down for good. Smart move by Ty to get him quickly to the EC with the warning about the other evaluator. I do wonder at the wisdom of sticking around. This chapter has really ramped up the tension! Looking forward to seeing the results.
  14. Happy to know that the North American leaders are becoming closer as they plan for the Summit Games. These three may need to have a few informal summits as the showdown between Vincent and Stefan gets closer. Nice to be rich like Ty and hire out the move to the new house, then arrange for unpacking and decorations. He does have his priorities right. Next step is the evaluation of Stuerm's pack. He needs to be careful with the second secret Enforcer. Snyder has contacted Wagner and started things going in NYC. It really sounded very suspicious considering what Alex knows. Glad he is getting the info to Cyrus ASAP. Dirk is a mess when he think about Sarah. Had a good laugh when his wolf tried to calm him down and reason with him. Sarah doesn't help when she gets aggressive and wants the next date at Dirk's house. I bet he nearly has a breakdown trying to make everything perfect for her. Really interesting chapter with much to think about.
  15. Have a good rest, Drew!
  16. First things first. I have had time to think on the last chapter of Shadows Rising. Stefan's mole is someone very close to Vincent was mentioned in many chapters. However, we now know the mole can read minds. Also, he makes a very sudden appearance behind Shaw before he shoots him. Did the mole come from the shadows? The mole didn't leave a trace of magic, but that doesn't rule a mage out. We do know that at least one mage can hide his magic. Very disturbing thoughts. However, the letter found on the wall doesn't fit who I suspect. Grrr! Mason, of course, feels responsible for Shaw's death, but that definitely is not the case and his wolf tells him so. Cyrus and Kaplan are doing well. I like the diversion of the EC's Summit that Cyrus is attending. It relieves the tension from the beginning of the chapter. Nice transition from book 2!
  17. Oprah does it better.
  18. I'm sitting back relaxing in the warmth of this chapter. Cyrus, always the diplomat, does his thing by visiting the Kentucky team. Kaplan's wonderful gift of loving parents totally distracts Cyrus. Cyrus' parents are lovely people and quickly accepted Kaplan as their second son. I hope we get to see more of them. Kaplan and Cyrus continue to help each other heal. This chapter flowed so effortlessly with the love of family and friends. Cyrus' night was complete as he fully bonded to his Mated Alpha. Wonderful!❤️
  19. Yep! That's the way I react. Aod however loves it. For Thais it is either a love or loath it taste, but most think it smells like an outhouse at the height of summer. The comments were hysterical! I lost it with the first comment. The guy who thought is smelled like "dick cheese". How does he know that!
  20. I'll have to check on that. Personally, I like jackfruit. I don't mind the smell of durian, but I get nauseated when I try to eat the stuff. 🤢
  21. Are you talking about Steve and you, or the weather?
  22. I do love peach preserves. ❤️
  23. So it going to be a slow thaw for you this spring?😉
  24. Have you tried a peanut butter and banana sandwich? It was a favourite of my cousin in Tennessee and it is really great.
