    This was the way it was meant to happen. A wonderful ending, Gary!! I’m glad that Drake finally, finally understood what he was doing. I didn’t think all was lost in the last chapter, but I’m glad Jimmy distances himself like that. They both needed that time to realise some truths about themselves and that they are what each other needed. Glad we get an epilogue too!! Thank you for another fantastic story, Gary.

    RIP Abo... Death is a reality, but it does really suck. There is no right way to deal with the reaction to it. Sometimes it hits right away or it comes months after. Everyone deals differently. No doubt Ritchie will be ok, he has wonderful support. In the end, they all have each other to lean on whenever they need. Knowing that, is comforting. Well done, Carlos.., ps: I was excited just reading about the jet pack water ride/adventure. I wouldn’t be so brave though although it looks like fun.

    Ahh, yes. This felt like a home coming. Great to be back with familiar faces. Ty/Brat.. hope he never changes. Ollie too for that matter. They add such charm. lol. Loved that Neil is going to be a groomsman. It may be unreasonable to hope that Neil, Liam and Clarissa all get in at U of S, but I will anyway. I look forward to the stories of our new guys entwined with the friends we already know.

    In hindsight I guess we could see Kevin coming out a mile away. He’s been edging toward this for a while. I’m struggling to figure out why Kevin wouldn’t tell Becker. That’s like a slap. Yeah, it’s freeing for Kevin but he wasn’t isolated in this relationship. does he want to force Becker’s hand? Was/is he hoping that someone would put it together. But he’s leaving and if they do, Becker has to deal, alone. Now I wonder how the time apart will serve them. How much will Kevin change now that he’s not hiding and how Becker will deal with it all.

    You did more than tell a story here, tim. You embodied emotions. So much love, tinged with bit of sadness bled through your words. You stirred some memories for me too. It’s hard sometimes to remember that there is a life to be lived when you suffer through loss. I’m glad Derek chooses get on with his life and I’m sure his son is too. Wonderful..

    Ah, the joys of home ownership. As much as a headache it will be, I think this part of putting together a home is the fun part. Now I’ll wait to see all the crap upon crap they uncover as they renovate. Ritchie had me cracking up, and it was mice to see Harley... Nice chapter, C.

    Loved that Andy got closure. That he didn’t have to deal with a confrontation and Ray got what was coming to him, made it all the more satisfying. I loved the scene where Ray decided to sign the papers. Where he was now the one afraid. Imagine that. Great job, Parker.
