    Love, love, love this chapter. Jay and Mikey are so tender, loving and careful with and of each other. What they have is so pure and honest. I may develop an extra fondness for carrots. Pretty sure Jay’s manual would cover Carroting 101😃.. The Owner’s Manual - ‘feed me, water me, love me’, just about killed me. That was a beautiful thing. Thank you CG. This was absolutely worth the wait!

    I read a story a while ago, that was set in my actual neighbourhood.. The author mentioned the Hotel, library across the street, schools and bagel store. It was pretty much like stepping outside and being part of he story. The story wasn’t that great but the accuracy of the setting kept me reading excitedly to see where else I recognised.

    Ah, I probably should not have read this right before I had to get ready for work. *sniff* Erik is in a world of hurt, and he has to somehow reconcile with what he’s feeling so he can live not exist. He is much more than the gay boy from Utah, yes, but it is a part of who he is. It is that stripped down pure Erik that Ryan wants. Hopefully he can accept that even if his family doesn’t. He should probably also not be in the City. Ryan can help, but he can’t do it all. I hope too Ryan tells Erik again that he loves him, when they wake up. Great chapter!

    This is a story of bravery and risking it all for love. It is made more intense, because it’s a love that should never be, and takes place in a tumultuous climate relevant to our time. Very well done.

    Most people shy away or cringe when you say incest. Here though, the author manages to take a difficult subject, and tell a story of love, with no regrets, in spite of its forbidden nature.

    A story of what could have been, and love lost. We get a glimpse at what happens when doctrine rules our judgement. Exquisitely told, heart wrenching, but with a slip of hope in the end, for redemption.

    Another body.. Yikes! And those poor kids..nightmares! Its a murder, yes! The witnesses statements and the journal entries don’t quite match up.. Although, ‘he never showed’ could be something.. My two plus two yields zero, so I’m going to see what else Rush says.
