Psychological Transferrence, which is a necessary part of psychotherapy, almost always engenders strong emotional feelings in the subject. That's its point. The Psychotherapist has to draw you out and expose your most intimate details and form a bond with you so you can work out what you need to work out. Psychologists know this and that is why they make rules like 'no. communication outside of the therapy room' and they never give a private contact number or or if they do its only under exceptional circumstances. That''s why I always try to get female therapists because my bond with them does not become romantic. I am actually in the process of trying to make an. appointment with a gay therapist and. it makes me nervous because. I know that there is a danger that. my emotions might get. confused during Transferrence. But,, in this case. I need help. that only one like me can give so I''ll have to risk it. I think that's the grace of these teen angst stories. For the ones at Brandon's age reading this they feel like they're not alone in how they feel and that, by our example of being older but having experienced these things, that things change and get better as one grows. There's hope! For those of us reading this and looking back, we can remember and reconnect with that boy/girl that still lives in us and still informs our emotional lives. Thanks for reading again!

Thanks again for reading! Yeah, it was a lot more common when I was in high school. Gay boys tried hard to either change who they were or 'beard' up with a girl so they wouldn't be discovered. I'm glad things are easier now . . . though current events might change things. I hope not. I try to do a cycle of three chapters each 'Brandon' writing session I do. I'll move on to The Seashell and then to Snowflake again and then revisit Brandon after I get done with those two chapter additions. Stay tuned!
