So Toph is really growing! This is great to see. But how did Teddy really know about Steve? The parents' conversation? I wonder if Steve was more than he appeared...oh well. Niles wants Toph, but perhaps it's wise to keep him at arms' length just now. Good for Toph for writing his first story. More will come from practice, no doubt. Has he got dragon blood in him, too?

Thank you so much for reading faithfully and commenting encouragingly. This chapter is the first idyll of their lives - their first day in HEA. Surely Andy and Zander deserve it. I will be feeling empty, too - they will haunt me for a long time, I think.
-
I am so very glad you liked this. Thank you for your many kind reviews. On this day, Andy and Zander had the world to themselves, almost. They'll have this idyll to hold onto forever. I certainly will miss them! As for the kiss goodbye, I can do that. I understand it isn't the dragon lips, so much as the dragon breath that's the problem...

Uh-oh. Don't like that unknown caller bit, not at all. Everything had been going so well for Nick, who really needed something good in his life...now this. You have me hooked!
-
So Mike is a player...and Curtis...both being absolute jerks...there has to be a good reason for this, and I am sure you're going to tell us. Just hope this reason doesn't get Casey or Lane hurt. You've certainly got my interest piqued. Lots of plot bunnies scurrying about! Can't wait for the next chapter... Thanks!

You have written a chapter with quiet tension building. Would Leo try to woo Tait back into his life, into his bed? Would Tait let him? If it happened, Phil would be gutted. But no - it didn't happen, at least not yet. Later, Phil actually told Tait about how he feels, finally. It isn't completely clear that Tait feels the same way Phil does - I think so, but can I be sure? All the uncertainty will draw me back! About the only certain thing is Tait's emerging determination to divorce Sean O'Grady and nail his hide to the wall. Amen to that. I really liked this chapter; don't suppose you have the next one ready for me, do you ? Please?

Sorry to have wrung you out. As I mentioned in other reviews, the catalyst for this story was a series of news items describing the plight of our brothers in Nigeria and Uganda. Daniel and Ibi were able to escape their homeland only to be wretchedly far apart. But they were saved by crossing a line they didn't even know about...I'm a hopeless romantic, so I wouldn't have left them without a HEA. I am so glad you liked this; I really enjoyed writing it. Thanks so much for your thoughts. Cheers back...

I have enjoyed the realism of the story. It also has a "fairy tale" quality that grants beauty and wonder. That the fairy tale remains believable is what I genuinely admire most in "A to Z". I am glad Frank did not exclude himself from the honeymoon. Andy, Zander ... y'all's brother went through the trouble, you should at least try them ... gotta be better than scratchy! OK, be shy if you must, but don't throw them out ... 1st anniversary will arrive sooner than you think ... maybe then ... I'm glad this was believable. Andy had some trouble believing, himself. But then, his waking with Zander was absolutely real. Frank's little joke just added extra zest to the day, didn't it? Although both Andy and Zander both know they can't stay in this idyll, they will always be able to savor it in memory - and maybe on any morning they wake up together, too. Thanks for your happy and encouraging thoughts!

Very sweet. Full of hope and love, too. Just the start we'd want for them. Thanks for your comments!

Yes. Exactly as it should be. Thanks for all your support and encouragement.

I suppose I could have joined this to Ch.65, but then it would have been rather long, I thought. Anyway, I'm glad you liked this peek at their first day of married life. An auspicious beginning, I thought. Many thanks for reading and for your kind comment.

Thanks for your thoughts. I really appreciate them. I knew you'd be in for the stress and plot twists, such as they were. What you can read in the news is worse than this story - that's the saddest thing of all.

I read a particular news story about a pair of gay men in Nigeria that had me weeping. In some ways, it was the catalyst for this story. You're right about the Senecas not taking any crap - it was fun working that angle into the story. I am so glad you liked the story; I really appreciate your comments!
-
Thank you for your kind words. Andy has a future that can look beyond pain and fear. It won't always be as euphorically lovely as this day was, but he knows he and Zander can find love and happiness together. I appreciate your kind words, and thank you for reading!

Will This Day Never End?
Parker Owens commented on Robert Rex's story chapter in Will This Day Never End?
How wonderful; how beautiful - and how very, very hot. You wrote a great chapter here. Clayton is so attentive and a sensitive lover; you make him out to be so very ideal. Except...there's that little problem at the end. Or is it going to turn out not to be one? Thanks for revving our engines in this! -
Awesome story just in this chapter alone. I JUST WALKED says it all. Thanks for giving us an idea of how it must feel - frustration, elation, impatience, hurt, all that - just to be in Ryan's place. I'm really hoping Clayton will help him with the frustration of having to wait. Thanks again!

I'm so glad you liked this. You are very, very welcome!

I like them together, too. And we know Zander will be there for Andy in the trying days to come. Thank you for reading!

Poor Andy never thought he'd ever get a glimpse of Happily Ever After, and here he is, living there. He and Zander will never be able to forget the wedding day, or their first day at the cabin either. Now they must learn to bind their lives together, but I think they're going to do that. Thank you for your kind and encouraging words.

What I really like about this chapter is that I finally began to wonder if a slow, circling dance between Luke and Jackson was beginning. Before, I wasn't sure I could happen. Now I wasn't certain that it wasn't. Your usual beautifully written dialogue and descriptions helped me envision events unfolding perfectly. I am so very much captivated by this story, and very grateful for it. Thank you. I know authors like to see this in a review, but this is heartfelt: more, please.

I was fascinated by this. Incomplete correspondence, and a look at writing fragments are captivating vehicles for telling a story. What you have written will need many re-reads for me to make better sense of it. I feel for the pain I read in C, though. Thanks for a marvelously interesting read.

Thank you for reading this. Reading a news story about the heartbreaking condition of our brothers in Nigeria and Uganda got me thinking about a story. Daniel and Ibi just appeared one day...and they crossed many interesting lines to find some happiness and love. Thank you for your encouraging and kind words!

How is 'married' supposed to feel? In the two whirlwind weeks since you proposed, I kept wondering. Would being married feel different? Would marriage change the love we shared? Would it become more brittle, or get tarnished some way? Would being married move us up in the world in some unexplained way, like moving up from JV to Varsity? Would I suddenly feel older, more responsible, more adult? How would it feel? I didn't feel any of those things. It felt like rest. It felt like fullness. Li

Chapter 65 Taken Away
Parker Owens commented on Parker Owens's story chapter in Chapter 65 Taken Away
It must have made your heart sing to realize they were on their honeymoon! The boys were just as mystified as you for a while there. But Andy finally recognized where clever old Toby had taken them. The door has locks, but the boys don't need them. All is safe, and warm and happy. May it ever be so. Thank you for you faithful and insightful reading. I appreciate your wonderful reviews. -

I'm so glad you are happy at this moment. A great and loving peace has descended on the and us, too. It's wonderful, no? You have been so kind to read and comment! Thank you!
