    Chapter 34

OMG! I am on pins and needles!! I have loved these characters for a long time. I first read about Will and Andrew’s earlier years on CRVboy. I don’t know how many times I’ve read that collection of stories, but it is several. Recently, I came across these later stories, and I’ve loved them just as much. I do want to know if you’re a student of Canadian government and politics, or if you’re a clever and excellent writer. Or all of the above! I’m not Canadian or a student of government, and I marvel at the detail if the political maneuvering you write about! Thank you for writing more about these beloved characters, and curse you for putting them through the wringer while I sit on the edge of my seat! ❤️😵‍💫

    Chapter 4

Add one chapter and a bunch of new details come out! Steven is complex and so much more than just a class clown. Looks like his relationship with Kenny has taken a step forward. You've raised the bar on the intrigued level for me! Thanks.

    Chapter 3

Steve and Kenny are a mismatched pair to draw to. At this point, I find Steve annoying, like a lot of other characters do. Kenny needs to loosen up a bit. I am curious to see how you bring them together. At least I assume that's your plan. As usual good writing and dialog! Thanks.

    Chapter 1

I came to this story story in a roundabout way. Having enjoyed some of your other stories, I decided to give it a try. Off to a good start! Danny and company are interesting characters, and I think I'll enjoy getting to know them. Thanks.

    Chapter 1

I almost passed this by as I was looking for the next story to read. Something piqued my curiosity and I stopped and read. I'm glad I did! This was well written and ended in such a touching way. It is a perfect example of how a short story should work. I got the whole picture in not a lot of words, and nothing is missing. Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece of writing.

    Chapter 33

This story started a little slow for me. I think because it took awhile to wrap my head around this complex, convoluted world. I quickly came to wait impatiently for the next chapter. I love Hugo and Alec, and I will be starting part 2 of their story as soon as I finish this. I highly recommend this adventure! A most satisfying read. Thank you, Topher.

    While You Waited

I read the first stanza, and I knew right away what this poem was about. I was very interested to see how you expressed things because I have been "guilty" of being this way several times in my life. Great imagery, good word choice, and a touch of sadness made this a wonderful poem. ❤ I would say it's typical of your work: insightful and food for thought. Thanks for sharing, Tim.

    Chapter 38

I can't remember how many times I've read Will Carter's stories on crvboy. I was so excited to find this new-for-me story on GA! I know little about business, politics, or secret services, but the detail and careful planning of your stories amazes and intrigues me. Add to that your engaging characters and realistic dialog and you have a well- crafted story. Thank you for sharing this with us. I look forward to reading more. Jeff

    Chapter 2

The beginning of Gabe's story is interesting, and he is an engaging character. His adventure with the strange man is about to start. I'm looking forward to reading more! Thanks.

    Chapter 1

This story has an intriguing beginning. I wonder how long it will take Wojciech to figure out what's happening? And will find out earlier or learn as he does. I don't know how to pronounce Polish names. Would you please write our hero's name phonetically one time? Looking forward to more! Thanks.

    Family

Thank you Wayne! I don't know if this is the second or third reading, but I love the good feeling I get from reading your Camp Refuge stories! I'd like to rent a cabin when one becomes available.

    Not Enough

I have done some writing in my past, so I understand the lack of confidence a writer can feel about their work. For most of my life I have been a reader. As a teacher I did critiquing of others' writing. I am here to tell you, Tim, you have no reason to doubt your writing skills. I have enjoyed all of your stories and poems. I always enjoy seeing you've posted something new. Keep up the good work!
  13. I'm not certain how many times I have read the Camp Refuge series. Sometimes all in order; other times a single story. As I've said before I would love to visit there sometime. There are too many wonderful characters to pick a favorite, although Elias would win for this story if I was forced to choose. Once again this story fills my heart with love. Thank you, Wayne.
  14. Greetings and Salutations! Hey Wayne. I was in between stories and came across this one. It has been some time since I read it. I wanted to let you know I enjoyed it as much as I did before! Your writing is so readable, and your characters really draw the reader in! Thank you.

    Chapter 4

I really like how this story filled in some of the blanks to Killian's story. Very enjoyable! Thanks.

    Chapter 1

This was more than your average bully story. So well written, and so many great lines! If you don't believe me, just read BendtedWreath's comments. Thanks for sharing this.
  17. This was a wonderful chapter, and a big thanks to Gabe! Finally Sky is embracing his gay side! As for Ryan and his supporters, tell him piss or get off the pot. His inaction is spoiling things for Sky.
  18. I just started this story, and trashy but terrific is a great description! I can't wait to read more. I haven't snickered or right out laughed so much at a GA story in some time! Thanks.
  19. Wow! We're off to a great start! I like these characters already, and the start of their story has really piqued my curiosity! Thanks.

    Chapter 1

This is a great first chapter! I haven't read your other stories. I think I will find them and learn more about Killian. Thanks for this good beginning!

    Epilogue

Hey Wayne! Another terrific story to add to your growing list of terrific stories! Besides your usual characters to care about, good dialog that sounds realistic, and descriptions that enhance but don't take over, you have come up with a really unique plot! Wrap it all up with your very readable writing style and you have a great read. Thanks for sharing it. Looking forward to your next story.
  22. Eureka!! I have come to the chapter where my "two" stories begin to merge! I am guessing this will be a wild ride, with me on pins and needles until the end! Your writing skills are excellent! Character development and dialog have created a lot of empathy for characters I've quickly come to care about. You give enough description to put me in the scene without droning on unnecessarily. And you've wrapped it up in a very readable way. Thanks. I am looking forward to reading more.
  23. This first chapter starts with an interesting premise. The idea of physically invasive worms really pushed my "that's so icky" button! Our two main characters step out of the print like fully developed people. Their dialog sounds realistic. i already care about them. I hope I can wait patiently for a big reveal in chapter two! Thanks Wayne. This is off to a great start!

    Cerberus

As I began to read this chapter I felt like I had somehow ended up in the wrong story! I was pretty densein trying to connect this chapter with Josh in the hospital. I am glad I read all the comments at the end. Several readers, more clever than I, followed clues and posed theories that had gone over my head! This has been great to read, and even more as "the plot thickens." Thanks.
  25. Thank you for this most satisfying story. I will be watching and hoping for a sequel about the Earthians in their new home.
