NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO After 30 minutes of prep work, mixing and chopping.. i put the cakes in the oven.. Sat down.. and the power went out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It came back on after 20 minutes. It's a crap shoot as to whether they will be edible they'd baked about ten minutes only .... All those expensive-ish ingredients! sigh.

Happy whatever day it is today. It's completely gray and grotty this morning.. windy and raining ... i tried to get up at seven but a semi giant grizzly paw said, just stay there and go to sleep. Seems bears know things so i stayed in bed until 9am.. have a good day. Gonna bake a couple of orange date pecan loaves.
