i know you'll be out on the road to your happy place with a hammer and nails in the next few days. When you cannot do anything, it's hard, i know. I've spent lots of hours wringing my hands over a family member, usually my nephew. He's like a son to us and he and i are especially close. i hope you find a way to ease your mind somewhat. xo

It is hard for those who love us. i know Michael just wants to fix it and it's so hard for Him because He can't. You are strong enough. Knowing people are there means a lot. When i first came home again .. the quiet was what i needed. Michael and Dan didn't fuss over me, they let me be, let me come to them when i was ready to. But there were changes. i accepted them because i knew it was necessary. The hardest thing is not being able to talk about it. i needed to talk about it. Not just to my shrink. But some people don't want to hear, i think because they think they need to fix it or offer suggestions. You don't, you just need to be there. No one can fix me but me, but to do that, i need all the support i can get. We say, 'really, support is all you can offer', but that support is priceless.

i'm not sure what to say either, @Fae Briona is right You are and have always been my rock and champion. That's not changed and it never will. Life is sort of righting itself. i am finding my feet again. You should not feel guilt about me. We've been over and over this and changes are made. It's a weird feeling, being afraid of yourself. You and Dan have made it so I'm safe. But don't feel guilt about things I've done, decisions i ultimately made ... You do all you can, but only i can fight my demons. ❤️

Do you feel like an old lady? You're age isn't important .. I don't think you're old. The dentist.. well hygienist, She's young and enthusiastic.. next time i go to see her in 3 months, she will have the dentist actually freeze the area she wants to deeply clean .. i may live thru that... i certainly couldn't handle that pain today. And i can handle a lot of pain .. ask my sadist Husband. i am going back on Tuesday after work because my enthusiastic Jenny thinks i may have a cavity. They wanted me to go tomorrow but i don't want to spend my whole weekend at the dentist. So far i've been in there for 2 hours of cleaning. i wonder if these people go to the same schools because i do brush and floss and go for regular cleaning but never experienced this kind of thing before.

Here it is... Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. (I prefer glass for this cake). Preheat oven to 350F. Tim’s Carrot Cake 1 ½ cups A.P Flour ½ cup oat flour 2 tbsp ground flax 2 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Cinnamon ½ cup canola oil ½ cup applesauce 3 eggs (room temperature) ¾ cup granulated sugar 6 tablespoons Splenda Brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups shredded carrots 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 1 can (19floz) drained crushed pineapple in juice (i've also used tidbits mashed a bit, drained) Add all the dry ingredients (first 6 ingredients) to a large bowl. Mix to blend together. In medium bowl, beat eggs together, add applesauce and oil. Add in both sugars, stir to blend. Add the canned pineapple. In a third bowl (yes, I know) add the carrot, nuts and coconut. Just mix a bit to blend them. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Stir to blend. Add the carrots, nuts and coconut. Stir well to blend. Then pour into prepared 9x13 pan. Spread out evenly and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely in pan before icing. Cream cheese Icing. (I like this one, but use any buttercream or cream cheese icing you like) Beat ½ a brick of cream cheese with ¼ cup of butter. Add a tablespoon of cream. Add 2 to 3 cups of icing sugar gradually. Another I like is ½ pound of butter, 5 cups icing sugar, 1 tablespoon cream. Beat together .. I’m an icing kinda boy .. the thicker the better.

Excellent as per. i feel for them both. It cannot be easy this path they are on together. Feelings for their spouses and each other, loyalty, what's right /wrong in the world now vs before ... too much hurt and pain topped with confusion. The Last of Us was a brilliant game and excellent tv series .. and they didn't leave out Your story is a wonderful spin on the zombie genre.

He was a lovely, kind and talented man. We watched him often. My Husband told me last night and i'm gonna miss him. RIP Paul.

You can ask @Wayne Gray about how i often i moan about needing cake.. with thick thick thick! icing. We get lots of gifts from the bank while working from home, snack boxes, a planter, a massive blanket/tent, yoga mat and exercise stuff, more snacks, other stuff.. but no cake or donuts. LOL I needed cake so dug out this recipe and fixed it up for us. i will write it out for you, it's really nice and not oily. i can't eat stuff like that now, so i reduce the oil in most things by half. I've been making Oatmeal blueberry muffins from Sally's Baking Addiction ... i use the ap flour and the butter, but the sweetener is only a half cup of honey... they are delicious. https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/blueberry-oatmeal-muffins/ As you know i love her morning glory muffins .. much less oily then shop bought.

I'd recommend adding the lime juice if you have fresh, or even some lemon, it really brightens things up. Start with 1/2 the amount they recommend. Remember, buy the lightest coloured limes they have in the store. Today, i am baking my carrot cake. It's mine now because I've changed it enough to say that. Much less sugar, reduced flour .. replaced by oat flour, 2 cups of carrots, an apple, applesauce, pecans, unsweetened coconut and unsweetened pineapple, 1/2 the oil, addition of flax. It's a great cake. I do frost it with a cream cheese/butter frosting. Even with that, it doesn't seem to bother Michael's blood sugar very much. The weather is grotty ... now it's time to have some tea (I've given up coffee due to stomach issues) and some early lunch or late breakfast. Have a great Saturday.
