Pretty good week. Dealt fairly easily with idiot customers that usually leave me unnerved and upset. I truly wonder what they are really like.
Come on chat and are arrogant and rude. One saying, I like the old app better. What are you going to do about it?
Seriously, a level four CSR can switch the app for millions of customers because you don't like it? Does being rude to people make you feel like a big important man?
After several minutes of his threats about leaving the bank and his misery, I finally said: Thank you for your comments. I'll pass along your feed back. Thanks for chatting today. Then I just closed the chat. Idiot. I sent the feedback in.
But it was still a good week in spite of a couple of these jerks. One colleague said to me that, you know you're going to be rated poor no matter what you do, with these idiots. Just get off that chat asap and go help someone who needs it. It's good advice.
