Free verse is one of those to come back to, to chew over again and find different meanings and nuances. I loved 'anxious gardens' and 'wooded weeping' - the second in particular is very chewy. I am largely 'prose-bound', but I enjoy working the language, experimenting, finding precisely the right word ... Letting my imagination roam, like yours. Or nearly.
