I have to agree with Bft! He Ali/Cameron is still deep in the closet but is probably remorseful that he went along with the "gang" that was bullying James!! But, he was with a homophobic group at the bar prior to their hookup so, he still has issues!! It's a great story and I look forward to more more more!!

Yes I am still enjoying every chapter of this gripping story. In my previous workings with homeless veterans, PTSD was a common problem with most of the men and its severity was different with each individual! Obtaining adequate mental health counseling was another barrier for these individuals because lack of money and/or insurance further limited the resources. It was extremely frustrating!! So needless to say, this story brings back many memories for me - some sad but also some happy ones as well! Thanks again Mancunian for a well written realistic story!! David

Yes we have a newbie to the boot and I'm sure we will eventually learn Kenny's story. It's truly heartbreaking but I'll bet it has to do with his sexuality! I will NEVER understand people who judge you by whom you love!! And yes homeless shelters are truly a swinging door. Thank goodness they are there to assist individuals who have truly hit bottom!!! This story is amazing and I'm really enjoying the read. Thanks again Mancunian!!!

While I concur with your opinion of summary executions it is not uncommon here in the US as well, especially when this type of crime become known to the other inmates!! So happy to have you back with the boot-three-years-on. It's a great story!!!

Actually I've been through a very similar situation myself many many years ago! Not proud of it - but it was RAPE!!! It simply is something one does not forget!! I'm enjoying the story Graham - thank you!!

An abominable treatment that has been outlawed but, I'm not certain, totally eliminated !! Some so called religious organizations are believed to still implement this type of "conversion" therapy
