  1. Your follow up comment to miss molly about being indecent, makes me wonder if you were going commando when this happened. Also, I've had this happened to me once. It was embarrassing as all hell.
  2. The last time we saw the Gith in a D&D video game was Neverwinter Nights 2. And that was the 3.5 rule set. So, I'm looking forward to this one as well. I played the original BG and BG2. So I'm looking forward to this one.
  3. Any hints on what the story might be about?
  4. Planescape was the area I DMed in my group. I love the setting, and Sigil was just the best. Though the city looking like a c--- ring hovering over a long shaft always made me chuckle. And don't you dare try to worship the Lady of Pain. That was a quick way to get killed or be sent to the mazes. Had a PC learn the hard way, after being warned In Character and Out of Character. One of the few hard rules I ran with for the setting.
  5. First thing I would do is look for a Cleric, and get a Cure Disease, followed by a Full Heal, and a Greater Restoration. Not going to leave it to fate if I start sprouting tentacles from my face. Also wondering if this will take place in space too, because of the Spelljammer Ship.
  6. The part I'm wondering about storyline wise, is who the Githyanki woman is on the Spelljammer. I mean, 3 Githyanki Wizards on Dragons fly to get her off that Ithilid Spelljammer.
  7. Yup. Still months from public use, but there is one now, and it's in testing.
  8. I just saw on the news that the USA now has a vaccine that was approved for clinical trials today.
  9. People who know me, or just follow some of the stuff I've posted here on GA over time, know that I fight Bi-polar and Depression among other disabilities. Things haven't been going well, and well I wasn't in the right frame of mind when this topic came up over the weekend. I wasn't making myself clear, and was lashing out based on prior personal history. I do regret my actions that furthered this topic to be relegated to The Pit. To set the record straight, I do not have any issues with diversity and inclusion in stories. If someone wants to use something as a aide, more power to you. What I do take exception to, is when someone weaponizes those tools, against others. I find it funny, that two years ago, I wrote about this topic in a Topic Tuesday post in the Writer's Circle. In two years we went from a civil discourse in our private author forum, to the topic being relegated to the pit.
  10. Thanks, Wayne for posting this. With it popping up in my backyard, here in Hillsborough County, it's become a topic of concern around the house.
  11. The Opening cinematic looks awesome. Baldur's Gate III
  12. A couple of years ago I did a Topic Tuesday, one of many, that talked about Character Agency. Totally agree man.
  13. "Yes" and "Yes, but" should always be in a DM's toolkit.
  14. Edit: Link doesn't work... never mind
  15. I'm stepping away from GA for a few. My public email is on my profile, but those that know my personal one will be answered faster. I'll answer PMs here too for a few days. I need to get my head straight, before I royally screw up.
  16. I've reread tim's stories a few times now, including how the two of you met. I swear it was providence and you two are meant for each other. It warms my heart to know people that have found love as precious as it is.
  17. I'll agree to disagree. Having experienced the receiving end of hatred such tests promote in certain writing circles, they are by far political instruments used to abused those that think differently. I almost completely gave up all writing after it happened. I so wanted to punch the lady that ripped up my hard copy of The Half-Elven Warlock because, "the main character is a gay male at an all boys school. This story is so sexist and misogynistic that I wouldn't wipe my ass with it." Their advice was to turn it into a trans MtF at an all girls school, then it might have some redeeming qualities and be relevant in this day and age. Just thinking about that shit is pissing me off. So, yeah, it was political.
  18. Well... this website that is about Authors and Writing, does have signs that say "partying" is only allowed in certain zones, and well, The Lounge is a no "party" zone.
  19. 820 is so going on the list.
  20. It's also why Twink and Bear porn is popular... or is that just me? 😛
  21. I wish you all the best of luck, Wayne. Just don't turn into one of those CrossFitters. They are almost as bad as militant Vegans.
  22. Random pic looking it up "Campfire at Night" on Google. I believe it's from Pixabay. It is a beautiful picture.
  23. This hasn't happened in a while... guess I'm in Nightwatch.
  24. It was my pleasure. 🙂
