First time in two classes, I didn't read the suggested readings, and it was on the assessment. So, now I'm reading stuff in order to finish my assessment for the week and get it turned in tomorrow. I have a couple of goals. Final Book in my The Tampa Chronicles series finished. I'm not one to do the neverending story. Even if it's broken up. Write at least one Anthology story for the theme I suggested, "In The Stars." IF my course load allows, do some of the Cia Newsletter games. IF my course load allows, NaNoWriMo. IF one of my stories is good enough, send to a publisher for review. IF my course load allows finishing one of my unfinished stories here.

They only sell Whole Milk, 2%, 1%, and Skim here in Florida. It's illegal to Buy Raw Milk straight from the Cows utter, for humans to consume, but it's perfectly fine to buy it for your kitties to have. So, you have to buy it for your cats and then share it with them. Highly not recommended, unless you grew up on a farm, because of bacteria and other nastiness. You also have one hell of a round trip! I was talking about my Uncle about that, my Mom's family is from the Mountains of Tennessee, and he said they had to do it as kids. Knoxville or Gatlinburg were their spots. Walmart, Publix, and Amazon will deliver to the house. My Uncle refuses to let me use it. I just picked up some Silk Almond Milk Creamer. It's pretty good. Otherwise, I have my Carnation powder. I know not that good for you. But, I've been able to cut sugar out of my coffee. I'm keeping one vice. LOL.

1 box of your favorite pasta 1 normal box of Velveeta, cubed Enough heavy whipping cream to keep the Velveeta from burning and that it melts uniformly. Amount of liquid varies. Fix Pasta as directed. In a large pot melt Velveeta with Heavy whipping cream. Sit constantly. Once the cheese mixture is melted, fold in pasta. Serve immediately... I've had that version a LOT of times. It was my ex-roomies favorite way.
