I can understand Billy’s frustration at people laughing at the funeral, but he needs to understand the context of the situation, were people laughing because they were sharing their memories of Mrs Cunningham? A funeral should be about celebrating the life of the person who has died, laughter at a funeral releases the tension at the time.
