I really liked this story as it is similar to my own life, there is a 14 year age gap between myself and my husband, funnily enough he was 24 when we met and I was 38, we are still together after 17 years and I even packed up and moved to London to be with him.

I am pleased that Trey made it home, hopefully both of them can survive all of the trauma that he will go through and it will not affect their relationship too much. I wonder if Mark had not already been in a relationship with Trey would he and Brent have got together? After everything what’s her name did to Brent it might be eniugh to turn him off women completely.

Jackie is just plain nasty, spiteful and taking after her father I am pleased that Gary and Diane are there for Mark

I hope that a*hole husband didn’t send her to an early grave, she should have left him years ago, why women stay with horrible control freaks is beyond me.

There is no need to hang your head in shame because there are too many words in a chapter, I often think these chapters are too short. Mark’s old man is a real peace of work, although there are so many people like him I don’t know why they bother to have children, as they are so far up themselves.

Loved it Carlos, I can’t wait to find out where the boys are going for their honeymoon. This wedding was how CJ and Owen wanted it, the wedding should always be about the couple who are getting married, if other people want a stuffy formal occasion then that’s up to them.

Loved this chapter, but I am surprised about the dads buying a Tesla given the recent bad wrap that the company got over a gay employee being harrased and then fired, they also had racist problems on the assembly line. This would stop me from buying their overpriced products. Even the Hybrid cars are rubbish as the battery life is about 8 years, or less in the case of the 2003-2009 Honda Civic having rubbish batteries with numerous issues, and very expensive to replace the batteries, once bitten twice shy.

Thanks for this story Dodger, I agree with several other people that it was a difficult story to read, like Empress said I also wanted go and shake some sense into Jeff, and there are times I thought that I didn’t want to continue reading this story, but I am glad that I did. I am glad that Jeff got some help. And David was able to recover and move on with his life. I am not surprised that the cult closed in on Darcy and stayed by him, they clearly believe in the Old Testament. The sooner people stop having religion as a crutch the better for the world as there is so much hatred and bigotry coming from that lot
