O.K. If you're going to throw something like this out, a recipe or link is required! LOL. Seriously @mollyhousemouse any help would be appreciated!
-
My grandmother was 100% Italian and she wouldn't make it. She wouldn't make polenta either. Both are a PITA and your arms want to fall off from all that stirring. I leave those two dishes to the restaurants. 😉

TC might get a little miffed at that. Someone stepping into his Lyssa territory might cause a bit of jealousy. 🤣

Have you tried Krud Kutter? Don't know if you're in the US, but you can find it at Lowe's home improvement.

Hey Rick- Doing good here. It was a tough day at work. My boss tried to lob a big sack of you know what in my direction, but I threw it right back at him. I'm not taking the heat for his blunders. It's warm and sunny here. Hope you're doing well.

WHEW!!! Thank goodness Sinclair said yes! I think that TC and David have gained a lot of knowledge about what not to do, so hopefully this new relationship will work. But first David needs to make a call across the pond to see if this will be Dr. Charlotte approved. LOL Speaking of approval, Sin has to pass the Lyssa test, but I don't think that will be a problem. Great chapter @kbois!!

No slow burn here! You went from 0-60 in like 5 seconds. LOL. I can't wait to find out what Lucas reveals in his one-on-one session. I'm really enjoying this story.

But that is the difference. You did a pm and kept things private. If that author had such an inflamed ego that your help was turned down, then it's his/her loss as well as the readers loss. The one I'm talking about goes after one author in public time and time again. He offers nothing but grammar and typo criticism in the comments. He never makes any comment about the substance of the story and he's never made any meaningful comments on any authors story. I tip my hat off to anyone who offers to help with editing. I can only imagine that it's a difficult job to undertake and probably a thankless job for many. Thank you for your insight @Kitt.

Good morning tim. You're exactly right. Apparently there are a couple of trolls circulating here on GA who have nothing of substance to offer other than snide commentary. There's one joker who thinks he's the editor supreme, yet he fails to offer his expertise to authors here on GA to help them with proofreading or editing. Like @mollyhousemouse said, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I've been busy reading your works. Just finished After The Past. I loved it. Although it's set in the future, it has this "old west" pioneer feeling. It hits really close to home given what's going on in the world today. I hope you have a great day!

I'm sorry that you are having problems sleeping but this just made me giggle. I hope that everyone in DiC has a good day. Stay safe and healthy everybody!
-
Well said, @Philippe Apparently this member fancies himself the guru of proofreading and editing. But he never publicly volunteers to offer his "services" to any of the GA authors. Typical behavior for a troll. Pay him no mind @Laura S. Fox. Your readers greatly appreciate your efforts and talent.

Wonder who that was? LOL

There's not a thing that Brad can say in opposition. And you just gotta love how J.P. can come out of left field with the occasional snark. I too shall be sad to see this come to an end. Hopefully, we haven't heard the last of this bunch. Another great chapter @Mark Arbour

Sure, why not? You could have a full on polyamorous thing going on. 🤪

I'm just doing the happy dance because one of my far flung guesses actually panned out! I think Sinclair is the perfect solution to their problem but he'll have to pass the Lyssa test......and that won't be easy! LOL. Kudos @kbois for keeping that under your hat. Remind me to never sit at a poker table with you. 🤣

This is just so sad. Long before Covid 19 hit, I was reading about kids getting lung problems from vaping. I'll echo what @kbois said-- If you vape or smoke, PLEASE QUIT!!! I smoked for 40 years and quit 4 years ago. Quitting was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I felt like pure crap for almost a month. One of my motivators to stay quit is that I don't ever want to feel that way again. If you smoke or vape, please quit NOW!

Happy 5th tim! I look forward to reading more of your work in due time when you feel like writing again. You are so very talented.

Thank you all for the warm welcome and special thanks to @MichaelS36 for the invite e-mail.

Thank you so much!

Such an important life skill to pass onto kids. Now it seems that cooking is all but forgotten in favor of a tablet or game console. I remember being in the kitchen with my grandmother and watching her cook. And my father could just throw chicken into a paper bag and come up with fried chicken that The Colonel would tip his hat to. Unfortunately, he never did pass that secret on to me, but I can knock out some sauce that would make my grandmother proud.

Option 8 is so DALLAS. And it's been overdone to death.

The one on one session was pretty brutal. It's not easy reading about someone who's peeling back the layers and being so vulnerable in front of an audience. Great chapter @FlyOnTheWall! Can't wait for the next update.

I think they belong together too. And I think that it is possible for them to be back together and for both of them to still be dominant. A possible solution would be to seek out a sub who would be willing to play with and be committed to both of them. Stranger things have been known to happen in life.

Happy Birthday @Wesley8890 and Happy Belated Birthday @Laura S. Fox! I think I can understand Ryan's position since he got drug and mugged for money over a false sexual harassment claim. I'm sad for Mike though. Chris on the other hand.....well I'm just going to say it--he's a douche. I suspected he was seeing someone else, but I didn't think he was married. Jared should have gone right up to their table and said hello and watched Chris melt. Adrian and Edward seem to be so in sync. Maybe they're the couple to watch.

This is hauntingly beautiful. It made me cry and smile. Years ago I had lain under those weighty stones of grief. My chest was so tight that it hurt to draw breath into my body. It lasted for a long time, It was hard climbing out of that place in my life but it did get better, and I'm so glad that I did climb out. You are immensely talented. Thank you for sharing such an intimate piece.
