Since Tom and George came to live with Joe Vincente, they led a pampered life. They had servants, who were happy to do things for them, especially because they were not exceptionally demanding, and they were generally well-liked by the staff. A cook made and served their meals. When they ate out, it was either at Vincent’s Copper Kettle, or Joe’s City Club, and now that it was summer, it was often at Joe’s Country Club in Westchester County. Joe even enrolled his boys in tennis and golf lessons

Sami was hyper from the morning. Gianni and Antonio to a degree, should have planned the meal better to allow for what Sami couldn't have. On the whole Christmas was a success.

Gianni is really excited for Christmas. His anxiety is gonna overwhelm him if he's not careful, he just needs to treat Sami as he would treat any child. Marco is in a bad way, at least he has his friends.

Plenty of interesting conversations with many bits of information talked about. The party was a success. Loved the wandering cat.

What an intense chapter. Marco having it bad with his father, because of his letters. Sami because of the school bullies. Gianni having a panic attack becaof Sami's memories. We need the party, to make them all relaxed.

Poor Gianni, he's struggling to understand Sami. But he needs to realise that Sami has lost his parents, relatives and struggled for so long without adults. Sami has bonded with Marco and Dani, because they rescued him and looked after him.

Great to see the return of Reza. Sami seems to have made a good friendship with Dani and Marco. The party will be good for everyone. Angelo and Gianni are gonna need help, to raise Sami.

Brussel sprouts are nasty. I always remember my Mum when I was a kid hiding one on my Christmas Dinner plate and telling me to eat it or no pudding.

Time to start Story Number 8, I'm almost caught up @James Carnarvon. It's great to see Gianno, Angelo and Sami. I think Gianni is worried if he's made a mistake taking Sami in, Angelo seems far more confident. At least Sami knows a few words in Italian and English.
