I hate Insurance companies. Quick enough to take your money, but when you make a claim. They seem to make everything difficult to help/finalise a claim, when you want money from them.

So the person spreading the gossip was a cousin of Ritzen, it all seems sorted now. So his grandparents sold there original farms, and bought alot of new land as investment for Oscar's future.

Interesting chapter. We learn what the project is. I'm not sure what to make of Baron Pittsburgh just yet, he seems to have mixed feelings about the project. Now who is this vampire, apparently living on the streets.

There are successive streets in lower Manhattan that have neither a name nor a number. They are simply called ‘A Street,’ ‘B Street,’ ‘C Street,’ etc. Locals refer to this section of town as Alphabet City. It’s a pretty run-down section of Manhattan, and the people who live there are often quite needy. Two teachers, who taught at Lincoln High on the Upper East Side, lived in that area. They both made a decent living, but they chose to live in Alphabet City as a matter of frugality. Gustav H

Rough day at the office for Dr Marini. Dun killing himself, has caused Dr Marini to have some sort of episode that has caused amnesia, through emotional trauma. -

Great chapter. Oscar starts school, with no anxiety attacks this week. With some good friends already and knowing the head boy and girl, he seems okay at the moment.
