Batteries are low. I know there are times when coping with anything is hard. Especially at the beginning of our lockdown. Our society values production, work, and wealth. We are human, not machines and now is the time to remember that. Thanks for this excellent reminder, Wayne.

Nicely said. I'll read the articles. The poem made me smile … where the nuts are ...LOL Indeed. I think we need to hear 'it's okay to not be okay' right now. And self-compassion and a little kindness go a long way these days. Add in some yoga, fresh air and hand holding … we can get through this thing. -
To me I don't care. I'm not a person who is 'triggered' by anything, in the usual sense of the word. But I understand why they are there. I simply ignore them because I can.

Well, what you are doing is hard. Do not forget why we are doing this. Do not try to do too much. I don't think many of us are capable right now, and it is okay.

Not at all stupid. It happens, but I believe you'd not just stop. As tim mentioned, you always seem busy with family, or the school etc. No reason to stop that, you'd keep active, I think. tim's thoughts and questions are good ones, as you have said. Don't let them push into making such huge decision quickly. They should allow you time.
