If he could spell that, I’d doff my hat in respect, lol.
Got me polishing up rarely used words, @kbois, lol.
Supercalifragilisticexpealidocious.
although I think I misspelled a letter,
Oh how you must have hated that people figured out the laptop was in the car so early, lol!!!! Then again, you probably figured the other goodies up your sleeve were juicy enough to give that away.
FUCK. YOU. TREVOR.
I get that in his line of business he has to be brazen but to just swagger in and threaten Tyler’s family?!?! Snotshitwad. Thank goodness he didn’t figure out they had laptop in their possession. I guess dumb snotshitwad. 🤷♀️
So Montana’s the next stop….finally!!!! LOL!! If you don’t call the dogs to you, go to the dogs.
Will history repeat itself and Tyler find his “mate”, too during this adventure? 🤔
P.S.-I love how Kage encouraged Elijah to let Tyler go to Montana with him….it’s like he literally lives within Elijah for the moment.
”Do it, a voice inside him said, a soft, but insistent heat spreading out from his chest.” 💝💔
To Montana….
Before Wednesday (and what at that time will be two chapters later), the following passage captured me from chapter 16:
“He could clearly make out all the shades of blackness the night presented. So many names for variations of the color that dictated his existence. Onyx. Ebony. Obsidian. Sable. Raven. All different, but meaning the same.”
It was the first time I can remember seeing so many different shades of black listed at once, it beautifully illuminated darkness.
There was a comical section I was going to note before murder was the case that you gave us so that went right out the window.
You had to bring up Nash.
Lyssa and Nash have been my “obstacles” in your realm….now there’s Kage; The list will grow BUT calamity characters are in the minority of your cast, they kinda have to be (you put some BIG calamities on your people, lol)
I didn’t take your meaning that way, I took it as a passionate reaction to a well written story.
In one of @kbois ‘s first stories, I was giving her guff for some plot development and she asked me one question, (which I may be paraphrasing)- it was either “Do you trust me as a writer?” or “Do you trust me to tell a good story?” My answer to her was “yes” and I’ve trusted her ever since.
Her happily ever afters aren’t rainbows and balloons but they are the best case scenarios for her characters.
I hope you stick around.
You’re very welcome.🙏
Though to be clear, I was referring to @JayT’s little bit dramatic don't you think????
to @shifterslover’s comment.
While I know should they stop reading, they’ll miss out on a good story, no one should be shamed for their reaction, as long as they are not offensive or disrespectful.
You and your fellow writers pen stories for a response….you don’t always know what that response will be; I took shifterlover’s passionate reaction as a mark of being invested in the drama you’ve woven, that shouldn’t be belittled.
Okay….
I’ve been on a few stories/rides with @kbois, @shifterslover and while I’m definitely NOT happy with the way things are going in this story, she’s an excellent writer, I have faith this twist will be worth the wait.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, dramatic, somber and otherwise, as long as it is not abusive or veer toward shaming, as in my opinion, this response is veryclose to.
And by the way, @JayT, it’s Kage not Kate (go back to your first comment).
