Aww. People can be so cruel, in fiction and in real life. Sucks that people stoop to all time lows and go out of their way to do it. You bring up some good points and possibly give me ideas.. I can be evil to my characters if I want..

Lol. I hope to not have this story going for too much longer, especially not 50+ chapters. I'm glad you've liked the story so far though. I've not really thought too far ahead within this extension, which might mean it's not going to be so long.

Hi Benji! Yeah, I had it written that Corey's Dad always suspected and his Mom was blinded by love. So, it was news to her and news to his Dad as well, but not so much. Although, they still reacted accordingly to character I think. As for Cj, he's not done.. of course he isn't.. how could he be? And no, don't expect an Apology. And, for the Epilogue - No, it is not an Epilogue. I struggled writing an Epilogue and saw that I was just causing a lot of unanswered questions within what I was writing. I should have left it at 30 chapters, but instead I have decided to extend it.

SIS 31 Waking up and smiling, I looked down to see Trouble curled up at the foot of the bed chewing on the covers. Glancing out the small window in my room, I saw that it was still early. That's usually how it goes, right? The controlled see a glimmer of hope or a little bit of softness, so they stay to see more, not realizing they're fighting ghosts of the person they are with.. it is sad to see someone going through that. I'm glad you liked my poem. Thank you for reviewing.

Aww don't be hesitant. It's just something that happens with people. The happy go lucky girl runs into a guy that tells her she's stupid.. etc. I see that happening all to often and I think it's just sad. It's sort of a hidden away poem that someone going through this won't share. Not to the person they're involved with, because usually in those relationships they think they're in love, when they're just scared. I hate seeing anyone feel controlled and confined, I know I hate the feeling. BUT, this is a poem that's not about me today, so no worries.. lol. I know I could have scared a few people that have read my other poems, because they were mostly about the hubby or my past.. in a way it is, but I got out of those situations pretty quickly, so they don't bother me today.

Thanks Cole, I struggled writing this poem. I hoped I conveyed the right message, it was a pretty literal one. It doesn't even necessarily have to do with love and relationships, but over all it's sad to think about such a bright soul being controlled in such a way.

I wouldn't call it a love story. There may have been love at one point, but it was quickly tempered. I'm glad you read it and liked it Ashi.

Steven just spends too much time at the full service isle waiting for his... I believe these PSA's were actually organized by a woman who lost her son to testicular cancer. It's an extremely important message that men should know their bodies better when it comes to that. And when something does feel different to go in and get it checked out... a lot of men don't. Prostate cancer doesn't get the attention it deserves either.

Aww. To be honest, I had to do a lot of tweaking to the scene with Corey's parents as well as how this chapter ended. It's probably the most tweaking of a chapter that I have done - ever. But I'm glad you liked the confrontation between Corey and his parents. Yeah Cora is a sturdy mother, a sweet lady that can go all momma bear on you if you don't watch out. Jenny and Cj, hmm, it is interesting hearing more than a few people thinking that Jenny and Cj were close to being a couple, but to me Jenny wrote off Cj a long time ago.. especially after uncovering that he was the cause of her new strays. So yeah, they're finished. Greg missed his chance with Corey, twice. Once because he left.. and once because I understood that Clinton has to redeem himself.. that the story needed it.. if I allowed Greg to win after so much Clinton/Corey loss, I doubt the story would work. So yeah, he got the short end of the stick... but with Greg's new outlook on life, I don't feel like he won't find love.. he's a nice guy, an odd guy, but a nice one. So he will find love. Just I won't be writing it.. lol. I fell in and out of love with this story a lot of times. I ended it while in love with it.. and I will miss the characters too now that I've grown to like them better.
