  1. I don't know if any other authors do this, but I have recently been reading through my own earlier stories. They may - or may not, depending on you opinion - be basically good stories, but some have also made me cringe. Why? because some of the spelling and/or grammar is not good. As a result I've decided to check each of my earlier stories and try to correct any spelling and grammatical errors that I find. This will take me some time as I am currently writing and posting another story that is a part of The Lost Souls series and The Boot World. None of the stories are being changed, they are merely having errors corrected as best I can. Doing this it has made me wonder, do any other authors do anything like this? And what do readers think when this sort of thing is done? If anyone would like to share their thoughts I'd love to read them.
  2. Only future chapters can answer that, I can't say anything, lol 🤐
  3. He then checked his watch. “Well gentlemen that is everything we can do for now and seeing what the time is, I think it's time for some lunch. I take it that Jacob is waiting for you, so let's meet him in reception and find somewhere to eat.” ***** After a lunch of chicken schnitzel followed by baklava the lads were driven back to Isaac's home by Jacob. The journey was uneventful if you ignored the extra dent and scratch inflicted on the large SUV by a driver in Jerusalem's traffic. Th

  8. This is a great story about gay men in the business world, with positive role models that prove sexuality shouldn't hold anyone back. Business is about business and building futures for all with equality. It's a nice read.

    Chapter 8

There is still a lot to be told about both John's and Jeremy's past and what the future has in store for them, but this is a beautiful story on it's own with the ending it truly deserves. Thank you for the hard work in bringing this story to us.

    Chapter 7

John is a good man with a conscience which is good, but if he doesn't start to fully acknowledge his own feelings and start to be more open he could lose his own chance of happiness. I'm not suggesting that he has sex with Jeremy, but he does need to communicate more open with him.

    Chapter 6

There is a chance here for Jeremy to have a real meaningful relationship but can he see that? He's not had a good life until now and that has shaped him in a particular way, he needs to let go of that and see what's really in front of him. The question is, can he do that?

    Chapter 5

Jeremy has a lot to learn and a lot to unlearn. John needs to keep his resolve, he knows that Jeremy has a lot of healing to do before he is ready for any sort of relationship.

    Chapter 4

It looks as though Jeremy has almost been conditioned into thinking that 'sexual favours' is a normal way to pay your way in life, this is an abuse. Obviously John, and us readers, know that is not right. Being the good man that John is he isn't going to use or abuse Jeremy.

    Chapter 3

John is thinking with his heart not his head, it's not necessarily a bad thing but he needs to keep a balance. Jeremy is proof that it's not just being homeless and out in the cold that is a problem, sometimes even having a roof over your head can be just as big a problem, it's not the roof but the people that provide the roof make it a problem.

    Chapter 2

John brings to mind a line from a popular song, a good heart is hard to find, John certainly has a good heart and I think he will continue to have a good heart. Jeremy obviously has a chequered past, and I don't mean that in a bad way. Does Jeremy open up to John? I hope he does because I think that John could be the chance he needs for a better life.

    Chapter 1

I think I'm going to like this story, the sad but heart warming start promises a lot of good reading.
  17. We will continue to discover more about Joseph and Manny as the story unfolds, Manny was a very clever man but sometimes too trusting. The driver's background is obvious to all who see him, but when someone is in plain sight you have 'see' not just 'look'. At this time the lads have no reason to suspect. Dishonest and shady people exist everywhere and are not always obvious, at least these were found out, but unfortunately not before they had lined their own pockets. I hope they get caught. Obviously Manny - like all of the characters - is fictional, like all of my characters he is however based on a mix of people that I know, some of those people unfortunately are no longer with us but they still influence and inspire me.
  18. “Do you mean it? You would be my Ahkh? My brothers?” “Yes,” was whispered in to each of Joseph'e ears as the grip was tightened. ***** Isaac and Shamira looked on, although cautiously optimistic, they were happy for Joseph, this was the first time they had seen him genuinely happy and smiling. It was plain for anyone to see that an instant bond was forming. Now the work needed to begin to make sure that this boy remained happy. The light meal of chicken accompanied by sal
