    This piece is so powerful. On your worst, darkest days your poetry surpasses anything I could write at my pinnacle. And that makes me happy. you are my example when I look for what talent with poetry looks like, tim.

    It's a good reminder for me too. I know how our processes work, but I don't think much about them being mysteries to others since I deal with them day after day. That's why it's important for us to get and give feedback. It's not that we're not concerned about how we treat patients and partners, it's that we're just doing what we've been told to do, and forget others may not know ... Moral of the story: say something. People who care will listen.

    That's a very good suggestion, and sort of the minimum. I mean ... come on. People are already stressed. Why not communicate changes to protocol so you can prepare - even if it's just mentally. @mollyhousemouse, I'd absolutely suggest this to these people, in writing.
