I don't know how effective body armor would be. They know there has been 2 attempts on their lives. in the first attack the armor would have only added weight, the second well. The second didn't proceed far enough to determine the threat. Additionally I liken Instincts current protection status to a bunch of chickens running around. Sure we, as readers, have all the information. however that information is disseminated between three groups in the narrative. To further complicate the matter the three are not sharing information and are more apt to be fighting amongst each other then to pro actively protect the band. That said, body armor will do little to stave off a head shot, and only certain types of bullet proof vests can withstand punctures from a knife.

This weekend sucked in comparison to the last. While the company was good,the task was less then desirable. I spent the weekend - Saturday really - helping my cousin move most of his downstairs into a storage unit in preparation for his move into a new house next month. It was going fine, he came up with the ever so brilliant idea of "Load an object... drink a beer" that worked fine for the first load, but quickly deteriorated from there. needless to say we only got about 5 or so trips to the storage place in the 12 hours we were doing it . I agree with Snow. I know in the state of California the only info your allowed to give during a reference calls is dates of employment, pay and if the person is rehire-able or not. It's worth looking into if your state provides the same limitations. If so a friendly call to the labor board might also be in order
