Return of the odd dreams. The last time we visited my cracked out subconscious, there were meteors and the world breaking up into little islands in space. This go around snakes. Not on a plane. Samuel L. Jackson wasn't there in as his slick line goodness. Just the snake, in my top dresser drawer. It was dark green like a broad tropical leaf, and its length was plastered with reddish brown diamonds. Yes it had a rattle. I had a pair of tongs, and an old pillow case. For the most part the dream was pointless. It came on the heels of another dream that I have had off and on for years. I guess my phobia find a fertile field in my R.E.M. sleep. Why do fears haunt our dreams? Do you suppose animals dream about the things they fear? Does a bear dream of Hunters all winter, or is the Human race the only one gullible enough to fall victim to Gatorade colored ooze that is out to steal our lives away. I had a kid in one of those dreams once. It was a nice dream, it was until the ooze got him. I guess, I am victim to too many horror movies as a child. Movies the likes of Blob and Creepshow and Creepshow 2. In the later there are kids in a lake, and in the lake is a black blob that eats them alive. Kind of interesting I guess, though very wrong. Anyhow, Im posting this (as with the previous two entries) with Microsoft's LiveWriter. Interesting, you don't have to log onto GA to post an entry you can do it all from an icon on your desktop. Similarly you can send a blog post in if you have word 2007. Only problem there I can tell so far is that word, as word is wont to do, screws up the punctuation in transition.

I know the whole dating game is just that a game. A way to find out what interests us, and what we can definately live with out. That said, why do we feel intimidated by people we find interesting? Under that intimidation, why do we take the next thing? Why not just soldier through and grow a set or two and ask the person we find interesting out? My sister has this hot and cold crush on the guy that works down the way. She is too affraid to move things along, fearing rejection I guess. I can relate to that, but what I find highly confusing is how she is going on a "date" with this other guy with wonky ears; especialy since so many other better looking people have asked her out. There was the guy in the blue s10. She told him sorry it was a bad time for her. Bad time? single, stuck on some guy thats just as scared as you are, or too busy talking about his girlfriend in Canada, or Germany, or wherever... She also mentioned s10 was too young for her. Too young... BEH! I scoff at the notion! Anyhow, this guy she is going to breakfeast with stole her number. Stole it, he asked to see her phone then he used it to call his phone under the guise of "giving her his number". How disrespectful is that? not to mention overall weird and crazy, but to steal something and then lie about it? What does this say for any future relationship? There is also a slew of other crap surronding this that goes into jobs and the like. It's just frustrating. She needs to date more... But, why him?

Okay so I may infer Graeme's and lesfeuxdemoncouer's ire. There are no new plots, period. This however should not detour you Doll, even though everything has been written about. You have not written about it. Characters, their reactions, and your narration are what makes a story original. Not something as all encompasing as plot. I say you jump into them, see where they take you.

No reason to be vague hrmm other then being over heard and turned into the police. Honestly whenever contracting that sort of "wet work" Vague is the best policy, you give details as needed. Here the scar was merely making the contractor aware of a future contract. Secondly on the why does the scar have to be vague issue... He's the scar he is vague. Then there is this little literary quirk called a red hearing. Its superfluous information in the story line that will lead you to a false conclusion, or misdirection. With the assumption that he needs Instinct to transport these items, and, at some point, needs to demonstrate his nuclear ability killing those two birds with one stone is more feasible, and realistic instead of sending a hired hit man after four separate people. He said said he would pay 4x the rate as they are quite famous. With the logic proposed their is no bonus for the difficulty of they being famous. As for him not detonating at a concert. Well he would be a fool their too, if he is after monies and not strike teams he needs to let the world know that using these devices in populated areas is of no concern to him. Detonating in a desert, sure it shows you have the technology, but it is far from demonstrating you have the will to use it. I'm not evil as this post makes me sound, Honest. Steve

true but offering 4 times the ammount when he could keep a device with them at a venue and use that as a demonstration of nuclear ability? it doesnt make sense, personally. He already posseses the means to do away with Instinct at his whim. employing another body to be rid when the time comes to eliminate them seems ... fiscally irresponsable.

To put it simply blackmail, Thats my thought. With the bombs in place and a demonstration of his nuclear ability. he could demand tribute. Sorta like Rome and the feudal system. As for who needs to have an accident... Aside from my current Mantra of "It better not be Eric" Instinct does pose a good target. however, he won't do anything to them until he is done with them. Presumably until he has all his goats in a row. With the placement in the storyline how do we know the Scar was not refering to someone else? Music isn't the only way to be "quite famous" after all. there are poloticians, authors, actors, scientists etc. that could all be on the scars radar. Hell it could even be a preacher who has been funneling him money in hopes of taking an ever bigger cut then what he snuck away with in the Arizona desert.
