I'm thinking about what Colin said to Ethen that this is some top-secret position that he's taking and they have to leave their old identities behind.This is very unfair to insist Ethen to give up literally everything because Colin wants a promotion that sound so selfish to me.Ethen is 17 you can't tell me they cannot come up with another cover story and other arrangements so Ethen doesn't have to do this.With that in mind maybe Colin isn't telling the whole story he might have done something or gotten into something too deep where he has no choice and maybe he's being ordered to do it this way.Alan involvement in this(if true) is also troubling and I can see that causing an unbelievable amount of tension with Jake again the situation whatever it is might be so severe that Alan had to cooperate I don't he would do this without good reason knowing what it means for Jake,Cody and everyone else affected there is more then what Colin is saying I think.

Jake told Ethen that he is so in love with him and never got over him.Cody is absolutely right to react the way he did.Jake knows this is unfair to Cody he also loves Cody but not the same way he loves Jake The combination of Colin all of a sudden not existing and Jake getting the letter and then the phone Alan knows how the business he is in works and he has to consider that Jake DID speak to Ethen. So why is he being so dismissive about that?Maybe Alan knows more then he is letting on he would have been in a position to know some things and put 2+2 together

Here's what doesn't add up to me why does Salvatore think they could do the job? I was mentioned that these people have money and that would include a good security system. How much younger is Hudson? I'm worried Salvatore might want him to get involved.That might be enough for Matias to the take a BIG risk with Salvatore

I usually have a thought where this is going even if I'm wrong (more often than not) But I really don't here. One thought is his Dad did this but why this way? Also the light was out I think that was planned so the person would not be easily seen so the next logical person would be be Ryan maybe he somehow knows about what almost happened in the restaurant.But that would mean he would have knocked out his dad also pretty risky. So season finale?You make this sound like a TV show(BTW I think this would be a good TV show know any connections in the industry to pitch this I do know some scenes would have to be implied and not shown)

I didn't know this myself until just recently but for you non Brits such as myself a courgette is a zucchini. So as far as Ben and Jake know Ben's Mom doesn't know about them but it may be in the back of her mind(even if she doesn't find the courgette)So Ben offering to do his own laundry might be a red flag to his mom

Now the question has been answered and now the good stuff is coming.Before we get any more details I'll throw this out there it sounds like Colin and Ethen are under witness protection I think it's safe to say Ethen would not do this to Jake on his own I think he had no choice the original plan I guess would be for Colin and Ethen to leave in the middle of the night and not be heard from again but instead Ethen had his accident and it was decided it was better to fake his death I hope Cody followed Jake because he was really worried not because he was suspicious of something.If this plays out like we might think then Cody may get screwed over.

So the million dollar question is are Alan's strange happenings at work and the strange letter Jake received connected? I think this is the development we needed to know and now it looks like what some of us hinted at and some outright said in the last chapter comments is the case .We may know the what and who but now we need to know the why.

Just like I thought Ethen is not far away from Jakes thoughts even after a year after what Jake said to Cody and regretted about losing his BF this tells me while Jake loves Cody it more like a best friend kind of love unfortunately for Cody he will always be number two to Ehten in Jake's heart. A far as that mysterious letter that Jake got @BoyLove thought that it's Callum is a very good guess but I don't see how Callum would have the means to track him down find out his address etc.Now ask yourself who does. I have a crazy thought WAYYYY!!! in the back of my mind and until I hear more details in upcoming chapters I'm going to keep it to myself but I have a gut feeling.It would explain the secrecy and this person would have the means.I bet some other readers have the same thought if you do I would suggest you don't express it until we find out more

I hope Shane insecurities doesn't make him do an off the cusp negative reaction. First Shane wanted to lick Deme's legs then suck on his neck among other things.Next time when they are alone just have Deme be totally naked so Shane can orally cover everthing "Oh wait you missed a spot"

By far Colin got the worst of it losing your son such a short time after losing your wife and course Jake and Cody are suffering big losses even Luke for that matter but that's just the obvious .We never did get to find out what was going on with Callum it could be with Ethen ,Jake and Cody still being around they might have found out I could see Cody relating to Callum about his horrible parent situation but that will never happen it unbelievable how a death of a person not even an adult yet and has no position of responsibility could have such a far reaching effect. So now to the sequel @James Matthews mentioned.It will be fair to say Ethen's memory is going to stay with Jake but now Jake and Cody will be in the same room so the obvious is going to happen but being in close quarters I just hope Jake's mental state won't be too much for Cody

Anybody who has read this author's past stories know that he is incredible in writing scenes that bring out what Evan so perfectly described as "happy tears" he really outdid himself with this chapter.When Mr London was telling Matt he has a mission to fulfill and was truly blessed and then Matt was overcome with emotion and slid down to the floor and then when Hayden was running down the hall to sit next to Matt and put his arms around him that one gesture alone showed Matt more love then he got his whole lifetime with his parents.And there is absolutely nothing to add to the touching classroom scene. Stephanie being there was interesting she told Matt to call her if he would do the story but he hasn't called so I think she was there to pitch Mr. London her story idea and for Mr. London to talk Matt into doing it.

Ethen been Jake's BF a few weeks now and in that time Jake has cheated on him with Cody and got too stinko at the party to do anything at Ethens's house if Jake was trying to F this up he couldn't have done any better.But at the end there he was making up for it somewhat. Now Cody is going to start going to school with Jake and Luke I wonder if there's going to any drama there?What am I saying of course there will be

The good parts. Craig shown that he has some sense separating from Hazel how could anyone stay with someone who did what she did? The conversations between the various characters and their parents was very good especially with Colin and Ethen. It's looks like Luke and Cody are a good match their personalities are perfect for each other. Now the bad. Jake was so stupid he proved what @drsawzall wrote in the previous chapter comments to be right. I'm guessing he hadn't been to very many parties like this back in the UK but still he has to be aware of the fact that drinking like that isn't good for his condition. On top of that I'm sure Ethen may have some plans for he and Jake after the party well now that's out the window

Being out in a barren area like that I imagine that there would be no cell service there I ask that because that would mean they would need multiple trucks to get more supplies you sure don't want a truck to break down in the middle of nowhere
