So glad you read it.I'm going to make a statement that is not an exaggeration this is easily my very favorite gay male fiction story ever.I have some favorite authors on this site and few of their stories managed to be in the same neighborhood but still fell short of this one.He ends this in a way there that could be possible sequel I see a lot of things that could be said in that.If they end up as guardians of the Anderson boy I could see Andy having an conversation with Garrett and Monica saying he had a great example to learn from.I would also like to see him interact with his cousins Uncle Allan's kids they were only mentioned in this story they would be adults now.Enough of me fantasizing.Since this is 12 years after A and Z met I figure Parker has until 2027 to write a follow-up Lol kidding.But I will end with this should he write an story from where this ended and it's only half as good as this one it would be well worth it.

Actually it was a good thing that only one of the four kids had a sleaze ball relative trying to profit off it I guess the other kids had parents who died etc. that's so sad they end up on the streets. I'm guessing the kids are going to have to learn English now.I always did very bad when I attempted to learn other languages I could only remember the dirty words lol.However If was in this situation as the kids I would would be very motivated to learn the language of the kind man adopting me.

What makes this really awesome was these kids had Geno's back on the street so they deserve this.As long as Thomas can afford this it's the best way to spend money.I'm not familiar with Italy's weather patterns you said they slept on the beach does it snow there?

When you say American sponsored school I take that to mean classes are taught in English.Would the curriculum be that of an American school like U.S. history etc Having all of Geno's friends over?I think I know where this is going.If I'm right that's going to be a lot to take on

I'm sure all will be explained in later chapters but while the status of the house was being determined in the courts why wasn't Geno's status as a minor dealt with unless I missed something. I'm guessing all of Thomas duties for his company could be done from Italy. It's cool that they are learning each others language.

I guess Thomas himself can't be his lawyer because he's in a different country. It's bad enough Geno's uncle steps right in and claims a place that's probably not his legally but then tells his 10 year old nephew he has to go what a piece of you know what

The first interview he had that company wanted an answer right then. I guess they usually have the leverage but Thomas had options. I think it's just common courtesy to at least give him a day to decide especially since most businesses want a 2 week notice when you leave

I deleted my previous comment because now it would not make sense.I'm glad Tom and Torn apologized to Paul I can see how teenagers can get carried away.Did Tom and Paul do some of this before meeting Torn?I ask because I wonder if that was part of the reason Ollie stayed behind.They have food for awhile but due to what happened will towns and cities still be able to get supplies shipped to them?

He did mention they were going to drop Torn off but you're right I thought that would be described.

What is not clear about the incident is was all three of them involved ?That could have changed the dynamics of the situation. Still it sounds like Torn was wrong. I hope he apologizes. Right now there's a dry spell in new chapters in stories I'm reading.When that happens I go looking for completed stories from before I was a member of GA and based on this first chapter I think I found a good one .I recognize many readers here from comments on other stories and they seem to like the same stuff I do so I'm looking forward to reading this

This chapter was a tear jerker.So glad Jon is in a house of love and that they took Ollie also they're the first two that got picked up so they must have bonded.So now on to Canada.Any idea how far the poison gas can travel?Detroit is close to the Canadian border so many they are not safe there unless he has a plan and knows something.Never came across the name Ephraim in another story there was the name Eustace I guess if you read enough GA stories you'll hear em all.

Luckily he has the means to help these kids. Who in their right mind who let a kid alone with nobody in his life fend for themselves if they can help.Present day I would be able to help in the past I would not be able to and that's a horrible feeling.

In the 90's There was a popular overnight radio show called The Art Bell show he always had topics and scenario's like you describe in this story.never get too a false sense of security it can happen.BTW we got Jon and Ollie's name but not the main character we'll find out I guess

At the moment there's a lull in new chapters on stories that I'm reading the good thing about that is I get to catch up on stories I haven't read when I wasn't a member of GA and this is another one .Great story.I've now read about 60-70% of your stories until the next lull😀
