First off thank you for getting rid of Johnston I was afraid that problem was going to linger......and not just his odor. Oh and remember his quid pro line? I shudder to think what he had in mind. On a more serious note I really hoped we could work on that – on him not seeing Tommy as a threat. Tommy was a friend, OK there's a reason that line was in the chapter and it may not be good. Nick did say he'll be coming back for the summer. Doing things that teen boys do I can picture Nick and Tommy "trying" some alcohol and in a drunken state they cross the line. Now Nick would have a dilemma would he tell Jack? (assuming Jack doesn't catch them) and also Nick will tell himself he's no better than Noah. If this happens I think it would be in the sequel. I hope it doesn't but it would make for good drama

I loved the references to the current events that you mentioned and the products that you mentioned I do wonder about one place you mentioned Frisch’s Big Boy in California there used to be a places called Bob's Big Boy do you know if there's a connection? The relationship between the characters of Jeff and Paul is purely fictional. Be that as it may it worked really well in this story

Here's another thing those SI swimsuit models who are always modeling on some beach, it may be sunny and bright but because of what time of year it is and it is usually early morning on these shoots a lot of those times the model is freezing

This was a great and very happy chapter so I apologize for raining on it but I have to mention this while it is on my mind and the reason why I'm thinking of this is because of a couple IRL stupids things that happened. Jack mooning the camera. I read of an incident where a school teacher was put on administrative leave pending investigation because of a sexual offense incident.Turns out when he was a HS senior he shot the moon out of a bus window on a school field trip(Some Karen who was a chaperone probably complained) Another one happened to friend of mine .He was interviewing for a job and was asked about a being on a sexual offense registry,He had no idea.When he checked it out it came from an incident when he was on spring break with friends acting like drunken idiots and you guessed it he shot the moon. Some of you might guess why I bring this up. I could see Jack's mooning pic being on Emery's camera phone (heck I would keep it😄) And that jackass Johnston finding out about it and with trumped up charges trying to expel Jack AND maybe Nick. I REALLY hope I'm wrong.

I read up on them also @Summerabbacat I guess you could only have them under certain conditions but it should not be a problem for Finn given where he's located. I also read that even when you have them from a pup like Finn did their hunt and kill instincts will still kick in. So I guess with your cats you would not want your neighbor to have one.
