A lot of readers have come to similar conclusions and I thought that also when I first read it ( Although my mind isn't all that great @Cane23😄) After everything was settled and the boys were packing up their things, Juan Camilo pulled me aside. "Have you talked to Miguel lately?" I hesitated. "No. Not since... you know." He raised an eyebrow. "Might be a good time. It would be better if things were... peaceful between you two." That exchange I think is more evidence of Hunter being used as bait to get close to a DEA target Miguel as @akascrubber says. Otherwise I see no reason why Camilo would even care if things were good between Hunter and Miguel? Why would Hunter go to Ferney? After what Ricardo showed him what he is packing Hunter could do some oral on Ricardo .It would probably work better for Ricardo then the painkillers😄 As far as Hunter making it to Ferney's I'm picturing Santiago Ramírez intercepting him before he gets there. I have to believe once they realize Hunter is missing they probably have his online activity monitored. Depending on how they react to this they might have to tell Hunter more then they are telling him now. and the air smelled faintly of antiseptic, overripe fruit, and old ladies who hadn’t had their diapers changed in a while. I love the story and you're writing @LittleBuddhaTW but that was TMI😄

Kyle the perfect character in So many ways.If you get stuck on a chapter just have Kyle do something...very Kyle like. Not the appearance so much because I'm sure made himself at least fair looking but his personality I picture him like Higgins from Magnum P.I the original one not the reboot with the hot babe

That in and of itself is not a reason to be careful maybe Skye is a player type but perhaps Jacy will ground him there is definitely an attraction there I lucked out and she was on the phone gossiping with one of her church friends, There's a lot gossip at the church I go to I'm sure they are oblivious to what the Bible and The Church says about gossip.Another one is when our Pastor end the mass by saying "Go in peace to love and serve the Lord" Then minutes later he hears angry horns in the parking lot......sigh people

Morgan up to this point in his thoughts hasn't said anything about having a mate of any kind and I guess he wouldn't on Earth this would not only be mixed race it would be mixed planet. Morgan might be from a place where there is no such thing as gay/straight so if some feelings for Kyle comes up it may very well be a first for him at least on Earth. Great chapter❤️ @CincyKris thought about Rick's dad? My very first reaction was with so much going on in the story Rick confronting his Dad would have to wait for a sequel. But actually being involved? Well right now it looks to be overwhelmingly Corcoran to the point that it's a no brainer.So Rick's dad would a perfect twist. Did you mention how old his parents were when they got married? If it was early in their twenties then that would make his dad late forties or early fifties and if he kept in shape certainly capable of committing the recent murders. I don't rule it out. ‘Whoo hoo! Coop’s got a boyfriend!’ Jimmy taunted. ‘Coop’s got a boyfriend!’ Uh.....are you sure Jimmy is 16?
