............Actually Shane never elaborates on the girlfriend thing, just throws out hints about them, he's on a fishing expedition with Trevor, testing the waters on the subject. We know that Shane was thrown out of his home but not why yet. He only stole to survive, so I expect he wasn't thrown out of his home for being a 'bad boy thief'. I think the Blake's know the truth, maybe it will slip out and Trevor will catch on when they meet the owner. Obviously both of these guys are in a major need of gaydar tuning!!

Indeed, another quiet chapter with no real problems other then the nightmares Trevor continues to have, I wonder if Shane will hear Trevor shout out in the middle of the night soon? Well the question of the Kookaburra being a converted Aries has been answered in the negative. I love the banter Shane and Trevor are having, Trevor's almost slipped up thinking he was talking with Joel again. Shane's culinary skills outweigh Trevor's, good thing they didn't buy any hot dogs! ..................... I have read all of Ronyx's works! He is a great writer, and his stories are well thought out. His last one, well I loved how he left Woody hanging with the parents on that, life is like that I guess. If I remember correctly, I had been told of a story on Comsie''s site, then got linked to 'The Mustard Jar' followed it to Codey (Damn, I miss him!!!) then found GA. My introduction to the world of gay stories started about 5 years ago, quickly became an obsession filling a long held void in my life. I agree, that anyone that wants to read other stories while the ones the are following are in hiatus should visit the above link!

................. Well here is my story, I knew when I was about 8 years old, I am now 58 years old. I married at 30 with my step-fathers prompting, I did and do love her, and had a child and everything was cool until my wife had a stroke 12 years ago. She became a different person after that, crap! My life went to shit, I mean faking your straight for 28 years was not enough, I thought I could last the time. I have never taken it up (you you what I mean) but have been serviced and have serviced way before I got married. So why would a gay guy get married? SOCIETY! I so wish I was born 40 years later, but that didn't happen, 'shrug' You 'new' kids have got it a lot better and I'm very glad for it. I made my bed and that said I have been faithful, until recently, I mean I have been faithful for 28 years, and she hasn't if it wasn't for her stroke I would have left her long ago. I'm stuck in a situation I created, on the upside? I'm not dead from aids from living in SF, where I was headed back in the '70's. Long rant I understand, just needed to rant a bit!

George is too cocky and confident and he doesn't even know he's under surveillance, will Gonzales or Henry catch him planting the coke on Joel and Lisa? Still waiting for the 2 meetings, Joel & Lisa's, and Dirk and Jim's, it should prove to be very informative for all sides. .........Well I liked this chapter very well, the inference on why Shane was thrown out of his home seems to be oblivious now his fortitude in trying to keep the yauft isle safe from predators makes more sense now. It would seem that Shane was thrown out because he was gay, so a big surprise coming up in the next chapters here with Trevor being clued into the news. Nice touch with the resurrecting of Trevor's torn shorts, I'm sure it only got waves of attention from Trevor here. Now how far as the reporter goes, Jason Kline seems to be a hurray for me f" you type of person, But I'm wondering if he smells a story beyond the one he has, could he involve himself in Sanchez's person? Or could he just get close to Trevor in the Shark Bay area. Shane made the deception done very well. But I doubt it will hold for long, shame Trevor will leave once again without the phone he was promised. . So the real problem here is a tailing Sanchez operative, if they have the info enough, i fear for Shane's life here, will the gun of Trevor's be returned to him on their voyage out? ............The piece of the puzzle here is Julie, she knew that Trevor was gay and did in fact out him to the one of the 3 female clients that She and Trevor took out on their paid excursion, It brought in tip money for them both. But I think Julie would have not outted Trevor to Bridget, he and Bridget were strangers, you don't do that to with strangers. So, it is all down to Henry and the interview with Lisa and Joel which should be most revealing. Add into the fold of a possible meeting with Dirk, well lets just say.... the pieces of the puzzle will come into play. Henry may not need to 'sweep' the guest house, instead have Joel and Lisa false feed info to see where it leads. You are right about the possibility of a gun being aboard the Kookaburra being next to nil, but you never know. Yes, Trevor needs to leave and quickly, I going to assume he will after getting the phone sent to him, further more he will take to sea, the insurance company will not give him lodgings other then another boat replacement.
