  1. ............Hahaha! It is evident at the 1:45 moment that they are training themselves to be cliff dwellers!!! Something we all knew all along!
  2. .................So great to see another chapter, So the suffrage queen has cast out the life of Jason into a turmoil decision (WAFB) And dad agrees rather then fight her? I know that this happened in real life sometime last year to a med student back east somewhere, he was over 18, and the parents demanded he enter a 'camp' or lose his money for school. Sadly, I have not heard his outcome which should have been in August -September this year. Jason's mother is talking about 'classes' but could this be a set-up for a camp? Either way, it will only be detrimental to Jason, will his grandparents get wind of this before any damage is done to Jason? I'm very disappointed in his dad, sounds like he got tired of his wife and crumbled without a 2nd thought to his son. I see bad days ahead, I see Jason signing something he does not know will afford him ill-will. His family will break apart over this.
  3. ........... I cooked a goose once, and it will be my last time attempt at it! It was so greasy it was uneatable! Never again!! I like Prime Rib for x-mas dinner! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!!
  4. ..............Hummm Gonzales and Henry have a conclusion about the case, or at least having loose ends figured out, I see Gonzales stepping forward beyond the investigation, he smells a rat in this mess, will he bring in the Feds? Will Henry confirm the relationship of Bridget and George in this investigation? I still wonder if Gonzalez's life is left hanging, I said it before, I think George realizes Gonzalez is onto him, will the unknown Henry take the lead in the investigation? I'm glad Gonzales and Joel referenced a search if the time-line was short of Trevor's supposed arrival to Australia, it gives Trevor more help! How interesting that Trevor has his set on sights on Shark Bay, a place not far from his mom's hometown, will his mother be his rescuer? The problem I see now, Trevor once rescued, he will be able to contact Joel and Lisa but not his father and Jim. Will his mother warn him? Will Lisa accidentally spill the info on Trevor to Bridget? Or will Gonzales interfere, and for once, stop being so obstinate, and tell her his suspicions of Bridget. Or will Frank step into the fray? That sounds more likely as he has no constraints on information being told, nor his suspicions of the facts. In fact I see Frank as being the catalyst in the investigation from here on out. ..............Great chapter CJ, you wily goat, throwing in the cliffs at the end of the chapter!!!
  5. Happy Birthday Linxe! .............. For your present, I'm going to call on the Senate to repeal DADT!!
  6. ..............Semi-sweet dinner with Pete's family, the semi being how Jason had compared his own mother to Peters. Hmmmm, will the coach let him go? Not sure on that one, coaches can be pricky at the beginning of the season. Looking forward to more!!! Nice chapter!
  7. .............Wow, what a great story Krista, I absolutely loved it!!

    Chapter 1

Wow, what a great story Krista, I absolutely loved it!!
  9. ................ Yea!!!!! Another chapter, I'm glad they had a nice night out. Whatever possessed Jonathon to come to door with Lacey there? She wasn't stupid to figure it out what was going on when seeing the both of them together. So we now know the secretive file Christians mom was hiding from him, and that worries me even more. The several times Christian caught his mom reading it she had a very worried expression on her face. Just how bad is that reverend treating his son? Was the camp he got sent to as bad as some of them we have heard of? Glad as always to see another chapter!! :worship: Thanks Krista!!

    Chapter 23

  11. Happy Birthday Johnathan!!! .............Hope you have a great one (a queerling no more!!)
  12. Happy Birthday Jan!!! ................Hope it's a great one
  13. ...........The goat is clever, yet will not kill off his main character, (at least as that goat has balls let) Somehow Trevor will survive this. At this point I'm thinking him being rescued or him being storm driven into an island, there are 2 months do dispel here. (almost)
  14. .............Good question the time line is f**ked up! Trevor should have made Australia around 10/30, now we have him drifting, if the Atlantis survives such a crushing cliffhanger crisis! There is no way he can survive drifting for another month, take in the 'forties' pushing him eastward with the sails he has left already starting to shred. Good news is that he 'was a day maybe a day and a half' out of Australia before the 2nd storm!! The rotation of those storms looks like they project southward. Not a good thing for Trevor, he will have to re-climb what is left of the mast and re-insert the sails he made up in swelling waters. And that is even if the Atlantis survives the maelstrom, which it will miraculous Trevor's 357 pistol looks less ominous now, but can the backside of the storm drive him northwards? The goat did say it was a small but powerful storm, could the backside propel what is left of Atlantis enough north to either get rescued or make land fall? The options are very few here until the storm passes, if one storm put him 500 miles south, anothe could put him 500 or better north. I see him drifting just above the '40's' towards Australia. His bearings lost, hopelessness sinks into him, he considers the gun as his rations are depleted.
  15. ..........Yes, you have put Trevor in a very perilous position, he needs gets out of this storm quickly. As you stated if he and the netting are wet, you have left him in extreme danger of hypothermia, he can't start a fire if everything is wet. If that wave was enough to shred his wood mast, what would stop it from crashing through the cabin doors. Hopefully, we will have a nice x-mas chapter up before the holiday next week that will revolve around a present to the readers!!
  16. ...........FINALLY another chapter!! No worries Cia, I'm very glad to see it! Yikes!! Alan is really some kinda evil psycho! The police have a strong circumstantial case against him, but I don't think it will make trial. His rage will get him killed instead, then Tap and Dane can live happily everafter!
  17. .......................Damn goat! You have Trevor surfing at a time like this in the middle of a storm? Must of been hard for Trevor to give up his beloved cursed garlic crusher, but who knows it might save his life, if the Atlantis comes out just a bit okay. I wonder how far and which direction the storm will push the Atlantis, before leaving her adrift. Or will the storm push her on land shipwrecked. Back to the wave, three stories high of whitewater? Then the wave must at least a hundred feet high, basically vertical, like a cliff. Therefore, I nominate this chapter to be a cliffhanger!
  18. ............Let me give you the perfect storm here, although 40% of all teens leaving their homes are because they are gay and got kicked out, others are kicked out for other reasons such as abuse, drugs, or left for their safety. I live in Vegas, a nightlight to the young and displaced, but a nightmare to those that are displaced. They survive by any means they can, prostitution, stealing and panhandling. We have a lot of kids here in town from Utah, 'nough said there on that. The storm as I see it is the kids, I cannot do anything about the vets out there anymore, they lived what I know they did, and cannot come to grips with it. If we can halt the children from being the 'homeless' then we can stop the process. I have been informed that some Vegas homeless teens are not even teens, some as young as 11 years old.
  19. ...........Epilogue, you cannot be serious! Leaving us with a mother of all cliffhangers for 18 months then posting a chapter yet to say the next one is the epilogue??? Ok, enough ranting, I can see how Ry & Cloe are going to be able to 'fix' themselves, I can see Shane and Jake doing the same. I feel Jake's father is more upset at the 'all niter' Jake did then the revelation of his son's sexuality, Jake's mother is another issue. Why wasn't she there in the early morning, when the father had obviously stayed up all night? Parents should accept their kids no matter what, Jake's mother may be an exception that either needs time or something else. Her absence makes me wonder about the parents conversation that occurred that evening, it could have not been good if she wasn't there in the morning. Will there be a sequel?
  20. I've been there and done that with teens that are homeless, took 3 of them in. For the last 13 years I donated financially to a homeless teen center, last year I was unable to, but this year I donated a lot of winter clothing, tents, and a bike. My hometown has many homeless gay kids here in Vegas, I've never met any of them. But I do contribute as much as I can to them. My project is called Street Teens in Vegas, I'm sure everyone has one in their hometown. I do know from the director that 40% of them are homeless because they came out being gay here. It is really sad what they most want around the holidays, underwear, hoodies, socks and staple food that they can readily eat without cooking. Most of the kids form a group together for safety issues, safety in numbers as you have heard before, when things get tight they will resort to prostitution if panhandling is bad that day. They use whatever resources they can to survive, many do panhandle or steal, many do prostitute themselves, very few get out of the cycle. Instead they wind up in the court system, which throws them another curb, societies rejected now are the bane of society further in the prison system. All because of being rejected at the home front! In Vegas some as young as 11 years old.
  21. ...............Same here!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Hope you had a good one!!
  22. ...........Thanks everyone, I plan to go out for awhile today. On Sunday invite the family over for a Lamb dinner!!
  23. ...... Not so fast Krista! AYC still holds a cliffhanger that is in contention for nomination here!!
  24. ..........Haha Goat you have too much time on your hands!!
  25. ............ Another great chapter, looks like the low pressure system is throwing Trevor further south then he intended to go. I see Ali is not where he intended to go, at least the water is warm for him! :chris: I'm very impressed with Henry, he and Gonzalez's coded conversation said a lot. I wonder how close he will get to Bridget and George? Will he spot the drug plant?
