  1. ...........So maybe 50-50 shot at a 'Reunion' (love the name of the island) I'm going to lean towards a rescue as he comes close, the broken mirror will come in handy! He will be so happy at being rescued, he will forget that he is naked!
  2. ..........Hmmm, seems to me the goats took a rough cliff approach here, hanging by a damns cliff very precariously!!!
  3. ........Hmmm, sure he is 12 years old? Very articulate for one that young.
  4. ............Sunburn is nothing to laugh at, especially if it is regions not ever exposed to the sun! It would not matter what if he ever thought of being the father of a child. It is the pain of the sunburn that matters. Might keep him awake a lot though!
  5. .........Speaking of which!! Damn pirates did not leave any sunblock lotion for poor Trevor, Hmmm, could he get a sever case of sunburn in the nether regions??
  6. ...........The real mystery is who knocked out Marc? Was it Glen seeing an opportunity, if so he now has the book or was it Jim, Leon's long lost father. Who mistook Marc at first as one of the men leaving Leon's flat. Very interesting story here!
  7. ........Great chapter! I hope Jim and Dirks lawyer can get them released on bond. I wonder if the P.I. he hires can find anything worth while, like discovering a break-in at the Chandery. Will they be able to hold off the information on the Aries? I'm wondering if the Egyptian authorities will contact Gonzales and tell him more information, like they found out the bomb was constructed in Egypt? Will Captain Ali's crew sense his suspicions and revolt? If the ever so resourceful Trevor estimates his speed at now being at 3 knots, then he is doing about 3.45 miles an hour. At that rate he can travel @ 138 miles every 24 hours, it could take him as little time as 5-6 days to make landfall. Trevor has already got another 3 days behind him and the pirates, so I guess it is safe to assume that the Reunion will not be with them, but a small island.
  8. ..............I saw this video before a couple of weeks back I think, very profound and he has some interesting pointed remarks to his demised Uncle. I guess I can understand him not wanting to take a stance after his grandfather in this. So he keeps the scope of 'It gets better" by avoiding his present family and yet focused on a dead relative.
  9. ....... As I stated before, your story held me captivated, I really did not know how it was going to end. I thought he might have found solace at the pier with an intervention with somebody, it wasn't until the onset of the morning news first being broadcast that I knew the demise of him was set in stone, well before the news of the young suicide. As I stated before also, it is such a shame that the parents 'woke' up to late, his last thread of life seemed to be broken to him, and it was his parents that he most wanted acceptance from. And know his parents will forever carry the guilt. And they weren't even an anti-gay group, or religious fanatics, just shocked enough to not realize the damage their silence carried. I wish this story could be heard out into the heterosexual community of parents of gay children, instead of hearing about it afterwards! Great Story!
  10. .......... I already figured that one out, someone had to pick up Allen from the crash site! Had to be dear old mom!
  11. ......No nukes please! ..............The encounter with Ethan and Jason was interesting, a test to their relationships? The true colors of Jason's grandparents are coming through here, awarding Ethan a years tuition at school. It would appear that they are (grandparents) not out of the loop of the news of the community as evidenced by their generosity. I think they already know of Jason's sexuality also, grandparents are not naive to begin with, and sometimes they are blunt. So making Jason choke on a bit of food does not sound far fetched when bluntly asked by them at the dinner table. Great chapter!!! Look forward to more!!
  12. .........Don't discount age when self-determination is made, I knew but did not understand that I liked looking at naked boys when I was 7, of course the only ones I could look at back then where real ones. I will not judge this kid, he could be gay, trans, or just a cross-dresser. No matter, his mother is a great person in standing up for him.
  13. .......He might be gay dude, but clothes, clothes, clothes!
  14. ...........Trevor is heading in the only direction he can, given that he can only travel downwind, currently pushing him west-southwest towards the middle of Madagascar. Ali was to travel towards the rich fish waters of Seychelles, why he is traveling east towards Australia is a mystery to me. Perhaps the goat got confused with directions? We all know how the goat misdirects! Diesel engines I have worked on are sealed, except for the exhaust, and as Trevor narrated the bilge was 2/3rds filled with sea water, the stacks would be fine. Another way Trevor could get the seawater out is by siphoning it and letting gravity take control, a long process, but doable and he could have both sides working at the same time. I'm sure there are many plastic or metal tubes lying around after they gutted it. Plus there one more thing, Captain Ali could simply chain saw the boat up and tow the the engines back in their hulls. A fishing trawler has winches and cranes to bring in the net filled bounty, shouldn't be a problem to hoist up the hull laden engines.
  15. ..........I guess the question is, does Ali know what size the engines are on the Atlantis? He knows there are two engines aboard her, but he left in a hurry. I still see a lot of options for him though, he has a satellite phone. Could he call for a tow? He may try his contact in Seychelles and in talking to him realize that he had not sunk the Atlantis, Ali is money driven and hates the idea of using his own money when he can take Trevor's engines for free. When he see's the new sails on the Atlantis, he will realize someone is claiming the wreckage for themselves, but the last person he will suspect is angry gun totting Trevor!!
  16. ......The dilemma here is in Captain Ali's corner, if he finds out that he cannot have sunk the Atlantis, and it remains afloat, then it leads credence that he will go after her for the engines. So far it looks like mission accomplised to him, but Bridget may have informed Sansez in her thank-you note that his method of sinking the ship was not viable. Leaving Ali with the only option of going after the boat to retrieve the engines. I can only imagine his surprise at seeing the Atlantis furled and heading out at sea. He thinks that he knows his henchmen have scoured the ship and therefore it is unarmed and races to catch the boat. A big mistake, as the resurrected Trevor is out for revenge and surprises them all. I know I'd shoot the armed men first, and drive back the others into the raft boat, I'd also take a shot at the raft (bloody) and sink her. Hmm! Maybe Trevor will shoot one them for their clothing!
  17. .............................. Ok, I'm a little confused here Trevor is heading west/southwest? So he is heading for Madagascar instead of Australia? And then you have Captain Ali traveling eastward, wouldn't that be westward towards the Seychelles? Trevor has a bit of a head start if Ali decides to re-engage him, going at @ 3 miles per hour at dusk. The mileage range distance of the zodiac, now played out to being 150 miles here. There is a lot to discern here, if the pirates decide to come back and look for the Atlantis and not find her within the perimeters as they had left her, will they keep searching? And if they do will Ali be surprised to see the boat still sailing, and wonder who is sailing it. This time they cannot afford to pass it up and sneak back to it, believing it stripped and with no weapons to defend it. The captain will make the mistake of approaching it and boarding. Yep, I see the the four men in a boat, some (raft) bloody and trying to escape, when Trevor fires a round into the raft sinking her into the very grounds the captain feared. Sharks unite!!!!! Great chapter CJ! Hmm, couldn't Trevor have used one of the pillow cases to fashion a pair of skives?
  18. ..................Ok, if my kids pull me into a hug I give them a neck peck kiss! Otherwise we just bumb fists, mostly that is the way it is, besides I always germ phobia, so I don't like shaking hands!
  19. ..............Odd timing! But CJ just said he will out of his place until late Tuesday........... Hmmm, research??
  20. ...............Hmmmm a goat a frog and and enchiada!
  21. ...........Excellent chapter!! Resolves the father son moment, I'm sure his mother had a lot to do with Jason not coming out to the grandparents. Imagine her surprise when they totally accept him and his lover. Of all the growing up to do here, it seems Jason's mother is the one that needs to catch up. Me thinks that Jason's grandparents will insist to see Peter, and invite Jason's parents to the dinner. Wow, a real knock down dinner!!
  22. ................Yep, nothing like a little chill to cool you off! Frankly, I'm not sure how this is going to work, as novel as a threesome sounds how does it really work? I have never experienced that, so I cannot say. Will a fourth person become involved with Jake? Then they could do a sometime four-way? My head is spinning here!!
  23. ........ The clue here was left by the goat upon Trevor's miraculous survival, Trevor studied the night sky while in the water, surveying the night sky's, he notes his position here. Taking a leap of an assumption, what if Captain Ali considers re-hoisting the sail on the Atlantis to sail it back to his boat. That would be much easier then trying to take the engines out at sea and transporting them back, of course this is all based on assumption that he believes that the Atlantis is still afloat. Still Captain Ali is in between a rock and a hard place, so the try is not a reach for him. Trevor welcomes them all back Fewer crewman since the job only requires re-rigging of the mast makes it easier for Trevor to take them out. I still see Captain Ali's eyes bulge out at the resurrected Trevor, he will still be in disbeleif while the sharks feast on him. This way, Trevor is still out of communication until he either catches up to the other yachts or or travels to Australia. Australia is still the key here!
  24. As I said, this is a race between Alan and the cops, if the cops determine that this is a staged murder attempt by Alan, he will not be free for long. Alan on the other hand is so obsessed that he does not see clearly that his actions aided by his mother are going to cost him dearly. It has already cost him his job, his mother has to be displeased with him in his failures. Makes sense of his determined yet forlorn journey to his mothers home, the race is between the cops and Alan with Dane being the prize.
