    Maybe surprising, but I think the Judge justified it well enough: Secondly, constructive possession is not as severe a charge as actual possession. So reasonable doubt on the arson and a fairly minor drug charge makes no bail, in my mind, overkill.

    Cool. I hate putting too many of the same kind of character in a story. A couple assholes is one thing. Diversity of personality everywhere else.

    @Philippe makes a good point about jurisdiction. Jonah will definitely need to stay, but that’s only temporary. This story took a leap in a direction I know I wasn’t expecting. Can’t wait to read more!

    Thanks. Adding a dog? Very possible after the scene that was going through my head before I fell asleep last night. Jeff, at times, has taken over the story. That's not about to change. Half-way? Maybe a little past that. Working on 16 now, but I don't think it's the end, but probably not too far from it. We'll see.
