    If it has to end, this is definitely a good place to leave it. I’ll miss the characters and the banter in the comments. They could be a book in themselves. I’ll start working on the 200,000 word epilogue tomorrow. OK. Not really.

    Well the stakeout was mostly successful. Mac got injured, but at least he was still able to continue his story. Hmmm, would Devin have taken over the narrative if you killed Mac, or would that be the end? Hehe

    No problem. There were 15 “cities.” The original Captain had the lake named for him. So there were 8 others who were only mentioned in the population count: Baxter got the smallest out of all them. The unmentioned all were to get 464 colonists.

    I'm not sure if you're considering this a cliffhanger, but I know I've had others that clearly qualify. Good thoughts here. Thanks. I wish I could be faster pumping them out like I was earlier. Life changed for me and I'm just not as available to write as I used to be. I won't abandon either of my active stories, but patience is requested.

    Well, I haven’t decided who saw the kiss and therefore the fallout of any. And no, I haven’t listened to the Purple one lately. Hate to disappoint you, but I don’t even have any of his songs on my phone. The wife made me watch Purple Rain once. That was enough, aside from the trip to Las Vegas where we saw an impersonator.
