Arrr my head hurts. Franklin has been having sex with Gustav long term and ducks in for a quickie when Gustav returns from a romantic heterosexual weekend. But, honestly officer, he was alive when I left him full of my cum. So now Cal is in the frame along with the elusive Bart. If Cal is jealous of Gustav, why kill Theresa? Is she just collateral damage? Messages typed and encrypted. Why so secret for one and open for the other? And, if the sex with Franklin was consensual, what is it with having paranormal sex with a sleeping Tom? Is it really a clue or is Gustav just horny in the afterlife? I hope @chris191070 has more answers than I do

A great chapter with building tension. Can't wait for the next chapter. The Minister is focused on the situation but can he or Jamie manage to break through the barrier? A real cliffhanger. Love it!

I've become used to surprises from @chris191070 but I admit I was uber-surprised by the dead Gustav having sex with Tom as a clue to the murderer. George must be starting to feel left out, especially as the supernatural sex is so good

A fantastic chapter! We meet some homeless vampires. We see Greg's beast's Alpha strength, showing his power is more than his noble status. We also see Greg's ability to have others trust him. But most importantly we see Josh pull Greg into line and remind him, very forcible, to never let friendship cloud his judgement about someone's actions or motives. That's a friend you want by your side!

Another Getaway and Patient Crisis
Paladin commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Another Getaway and Patient Crisis
Excellently written and full of emotion. Some good advice for Steve. -
Well true enough. There aren't many female names that could be shortened to Bart but there are a few, like Barta and possibly Bartha. Mystery writers are renowned for using unusual names to distract. Also Bart could just be a nickname unrelated to the person's real name. Have I mislead enough now?

This chapter was well worth waiting for. The "our room" reference suggests that Liam already sees this as a boyfriend relationship. It could be very hard for them to keep that a secret, especially if Liam wants Mike to join him at basketball "just to watch". Hmmm. Visiting mum should be interesting.

We seem to have a prime suspect and his social security number and so traceable. It all seems too straight forward for @chris191070 so is this just another of his red herrings? A left field observation. Bart doesn't have to be the name or abbreviated name of a male. It could be female. But, maybe that's my red herring.

A really enjoyable chapter taking the boys to Christmas. Loved the use of screeching cats to annoy the nosy neighbour. This interaction was priceless: “Don’t worry, everything will be fine. Devin’s used to sharing a room with me.” “Yes, I’m sure he is.”

Lost A Day, What Else Aren't They Telling Me?
Paladin commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Lost A Day, What Else Aren't They Telling Me?
Quote:Duncan killed himself the Saturday after that meeting. I was very mean to him. Blamed him for getting my father arrested. I was angry and told him to go fuck himself, among other hurtful things. If I was civil to him, he'd still be alive. So far we have seen two examples the way suicide affects the people close to the person who committed suicide. Now think about Duncan's parents. Suicide has an traumatic affect on all those close to that person. -
Thank you all for some amazing and insightful comments. @Summerabbacat, @chris191070 and @drsawzall, we need more information about Ollie's mum to form an informed opinion. At present she still has a claim on Oliver as his mother, even thought the authorities are resisting. Yes @drsawzall and @chris191070, becoming foster parents isn't as straight forward as Andre and Chris thought but still they look like a great fit for Ollie. If it happens it could change their lives. And yes @Summerabbacat, @chris191070 and @drsawzall Andre is now facing the "who do I tell" and "why do I tell" reality of the abuse he has experienced. How will he handle that? We do know that he has support. The video not only gives Chris' channel a young voice but also gives Ollie a link to Chris and Andre while the wheels of justice are spinning.

Something I've learnt about you @chris191070 is that you might love cliffhangers but you don't do spoilers. I know I have to wait

So, according to Calvin, Gustav and Theresa have been an item since high school and "having a lot of sex" and yet they live in separate apartments in different streets. They check into a hotel together for a weekend. On return from their romantic weekend they are murdered in the same apartment. I keep asking why don't they live together? I'm also curious about Ms Baum. She's been principal since at least when Ken and Joe attended and remembers some students. I find it strange that she would only have vague memories of two students who become teachers at her school. I would have thought that employing two ex-students would trigger memories of them as students. She also seemed unconcerned about them not turning up for work. Hmm.

@Summerabbacat is correct. Oliver is in short term care with Noah's grandmother. He and Bradley are forming a good friendship and David is keeping a close eye on Oliver's welfare.

Lost A Day, What Else Aren't They Telling Me?
Paladin commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Lost A Day, What Else Aren't They Telling Me?
A nicely paced chapter. Recover memory, back home, back to work, partner being away for work, patient linked to loss of memory turning up. I'm not sure that Carlo should take Simon on as a patient. Could be more appropriate for someone else in the practice who is not involved with Duncan. However, I'm prepared to wait and see. -
The Paranormal Hits Home
Paladin commented on lawfulneutralmage's story chapter in The Paranormal Hits Home
An amazing chapter. The battle, for that's what it was, was so vividly described it was easy to picture. RMW certainly knows more than he is revealing, but it turns out so it seems does Mr Turner. The big question is how many people know something about what is happening and how much of that information should be shared with Jamie?- 42 comments

I woke before the alarm. I do not think we had moved during the night. Andre was still in the middle with our arms around him. They were both still sleeping soundly. I could hear Andre’s steady relaxed breathing. He was feeling secure and loved. Jamie had been our rock last night. He had remained grounded in the midst of our swirling emotions. We both needed him. I must have stirred enough to wake them because they both started the moving and stretching associated with waking up. Jamie open

An interesting chapter. We learn about the project intertwined with the "getting to know you" interaction between the two barons. Greg is intelligent and politically savvy. I, like Baron Evans, am interested in what the fates are expecting of Greg. A young vagrant vampire in a graveyard! Is he seeking blood?

Very soon @Thomas Wells. Glad that you are looking forward to it.

This story continues to be interesting and engaging. The "generation gap" between Phil and Colin isn't really that wide. Colin and Jason getting together is delightful.

Another great start on both the domestic front and murder wise. So Tom is unsure if he wants to be a cop or a maths teacher. Will he spend the weekend helping investigate this (these) murder(s) with George and Ken? Will it help him decide?

Don't beat yourself up @Lee Wilson we all make mistakes. Doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, car drivers and authors

As they say "hindsight is 20/20 vision". I have concerns about the Wednesday group session. Group therapy is fraught with danger and it is important to know about each participant involved. This group seems to be a bit too free flowing. Like @drsawzall I have my doubts about the "relationship" between Simon and Duncan and why Duncan didn't have any friends. Simon's father is a real piece of work and needs a real wake up call and treatment. I can understand Carlo's response. Losing someone to suicide is particularly traumatic.

This one chapter story is like a mystery and a cliffhanger all in one. Where does it fit in Ken's timeline and what happens this time with Ken and Larry. I'm hoping this story is going back in time and takes place before "Who's Afraid of Joe Vincente. However, with @chris191070 I'm never sure what he has up his sleeve when weaving his magic through his stories. Only time will tell.
