Pricolici is a bit different than other offerings in the were-creature genre. Drawn into a bar in a town new to him, Tucker discovers that not only was his life not as it seemed, but he wasn’t who he thought.

Hubris is a magnificent, imaginative piece with a brilliant ending. Though disturbing throughout the story, the closing line had this reader laughing out loud.

The Answer is a tale well told. Thinking back, how many Shawns have we known? Me? A few, actually, but none so fortunate as to have someone awaiting their awakening. Readers wanting a special treat will also enjoy the poem at the end, which inspired the story.

I just have to ask, how is the author in my head with the following?! Fuck you too universe! Nobody likes you anyway! ... Universe, buddy, I’m sorry I said everyone hates you okay? Funny story, ok, not so much really. He has bad roommates? Ha! Try someone who suddenly, out of the blue, starts bellowing and screeching like a psychotic banshee in the middle of the night. Yeah, I'll trade immediately.

From the rolled-up newspaper to the spray bottle, I was rolling, and then, to get to the harder daddy, I actually fell off the sofa laughing so hard. This is one of the funniest stories I’ve read in a while, and I’ve only completed the first chapter. Unfortunately, I see it hasn’t been completed. Eternal optimist or gluten for punishment, hoping it will at some point be finished?
