Wouldn’t opening the roof hatch help with the cooling? In the West where it’s almost always dry when it’s hot, evaporating water cools the air considerably. But that doesn’t work when the air is already very high in humidity. ;–) Ditto everybody on the defense and plane! ;–) Where would they fly Air Force One in this sort of situation? I’m guessing they’d avoid the high population East Coast and stay over less populated regions. So maybe the Plains States and Intermountain areas?

Scott didn’t get any love from his parents. Every time he made a time mistake, he was punished harshly. He wasn’t treated like their son, they even used him to clean up after their lavish parties. So then his parents are sentenced to jail and he gets sent to live with his father’s brother. His uncle is just as homophobic as his father. So to protect himself from potentially being bullied by homophobic classmates the way he was in Arizona, he decides to be the bully himself. From his point of view, it’s somewhat understandable. He hasn’t had any better examples to emulate. All he knows is hate and fear. It will be interesting to see how @Ronyx gets us to feel sympathy for such an unlikable character over the course of the story. ;–)

Dustin has pushed so many people away that he was left with only Mike and Sarah. Since Mike moved on, that only left Sarah. Sarah’s going to be shocked when the first thing she sees is a full head of red hair as she gives birth to her f-you-daddy baby! ;–) Of course Billy’s kidneys are the reason Dustin is reunited with Billy & Brett! Medical emergencies seem to be one constant in their lives. Maybe Billy’s mother can provide a little maternal care to Dustin… ;–)

People who live in the Arctic Circle region use refrigerators to prevent food from freezing… ;–) A variation of an air conditioner (which works in both directions) called a heat pump could be used to heat a room, but wouldn’t be as effective during the very coldest extremes. Specially designed heat pumps are used to prevent heated petroleum in pipelines from melting permafrost – cold petroleum wouldn’t flow through the pipelines very well. ;–)

I can see it now! A Ford Ranger painted all over in nice, tasteful, rainbow-colored paisley patterns – very ‘60s! And inside, custom lace doilies with a full protective vinyl cover over the whole bench seat! Doesn’t your seat get sticky in the muggy Southern summers? ;–) Oh, that’s right! Your summer uniform is extremely short Daisy Dukes and a rainbow Tie-Die tank top! But how do you keep your thighs from burning on your truck seat? (I hope you’re not going commando – it’d be incredibly painful if something ’slips out’!) ;–)

Pineapple usually only appears on ‘Hawaiian’ Burgers along with Hawaiian-style very thick, sweet teriyaki sauce. ‘California’ Burgers usually feature avocados or guacamole. It’s kind of like putting won-ton strips on a basic salad makes it ‘Chinese’ and tortilla strips turns that same salad ‘Mexican.’ Obviously those are all very authentic! ;–)

Yeah, we’re rude like that because we’ve moved on to stories @Ronyx has posted more recently – as well as a certain Canadian teen who has somehow managed to pass the century mark! How can you simultaneously reach 105 while also remaining a teen? Even in dog years, it doesn’t work out. Is that why he has so many temper tantrums? ;–)

I keep meaning to mention this, but I keep getting distracted. ;–) A few chapters back, Devon said Colin was (Acting) President of the VUN. Then there was a small disagreement because Colin believes Devon is the real leader. I believe Colin should be Prime Minister, the one who gets things done. And Devon should be President, a more ceremonial role where he goes out and talks to the people. Or maybe they can be CEO/CFO (Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer) and COO (Chief Operations Officer) – in this case George would be CMO (Chief Medical Officer), Mark seems to be Chief Security Officer and Stan is Chief Technology Officer.

So, 70 more chapters with Robbie being sent to a Conversion Camp by Don and Nathan somehow secretly doing porn. I hope there’s a jump in time there! What will be the final straw for Don – will Alex finally convince Robbie that he’s changed? Or will it be Tom returning to Canada to be with Robbie forever? ;–)

If Nathan were 18+ and if his parents didn’t know and support what he’s doing, I’d think he was secretly doing porn. ;–)
