Trevor got up from his bed; he was sleep walking. He entered Joel cabin in search for the hot guy of his dreams. He gets in bed and sleeps with Joel. I think one of the motivations is kinda like the movie "Somewhere in time" There's two realities there ... the past -> the story and the characters you create the present -> the harsh reality that the writer lives in -> No food - No Room - you die -> no story Its so easy to live in story to story (for the adventure of writing) - you the writer navigates the flow and life of the story but runs the risk of a harsh brush with reality -> the starving abused artist Gosh - if I could just live in a good story -> I not wanna come back

I was a freshman in HS and was pretty much the shortest one there. It was senior day or week. I was pretty much proud of myself for avoiding being targeted. I had my exit route plan perfectly to avoid the wrath of senior days but then there I was walking in with one of my class mates for freshman gym class. There standing in front of me was a senior with shaving cream can in one hand and something in the other. He asks me "Are you a freshman?" I was scared to death on the inside but replied "No, Junior" He started to make his move. I though I was a goner but he left us. Later on - I found out that Juniors don't have gym. It suddenly occurred to me that I outwitted a senior. Or maybe he just heard the No part and moved on. When I became a Senior - I never participated in the rights of passage of Senior Day. This was not what I believe Senior day was about. There was a teacher that brought students from a junior high school for a week. Somehow he found out about me and my co-student in computer class. I just entered one of my brothers computer games. Rather simple game. It was the vehicle for me each day to share with students about what a computer does. So for five to ten - I gave a small presentation talk and the rest of the time they got to play the game. This I felt what a senior was all about in high school. Much like in the movie "The History Boys" - Pass it ON!!! I have no idea what impression was made on those sixty students would have been. But I do hope it brought our two worlds closer than to remain divided.

I think its just important that one has some close friends in different or similar levels of connection. ie: Sports friends, reading friends, social friends, etc. I have to admit - at times being alone isn't very healthy. Also being with people and still feeling being along isn't healthy either. But still having someone that can hold you and listen to what you say and communicate does make life a bit better and returning the favor also helps to promote good relations. I guess its to ones choosing to how close one should be. No sex to Casual Sex to Full Sex. Understand that we human and we're bit animal. So communication is done in more than words but tactile and must be done with mutual understanding to never harm nor violate the trust. Now if Promiscuity leads to unfaithfulness, less devotion, etc of the evils then what you say is very much warranted. But if its for your own excuse to being alone then I guess the excuse has gone too far. Now if it leads to finding that life time partner or that true close friend(s) and then the search is done for awhile then there's no harm done. Doing things that you're not ready for - or - rather too young to take on the responsibility should be avoided until you are.
